Is there a current RF Occultist fresh-start guide?
Not in the sources available for this guide. Pohx’s RF Wiki identifies its current game context as Path of Exile 3.29 and presents “RF Chief League Start (Best)” as its suggested build. The linked leveling material is specifically for Chieftain. It does not verify an Occultist’s leveling skills, passive tree, equipment milestones, RF swap timing, or ability to sustain RF from a fresh start.
A level 100 Low-Life Grace Occultist Path of Building page for 3.29 is an endgame character example, not evidence of an RF Occultist starter route. Do not use it to infer how to level an Occultist or when to activate RF.
What the documented 3.29 RF starter does
Pohx’s Mobalytics RF Chieftain guide is labeled for 3.29 and was updated August 7, 2026. Its fresh-start leveling comparator uses Sunder with Chance to Bleed and transitions to RF at roughly level 31. Those instructions are scoped to that Chieftain guide; they should not be transferred to an Occultist, whose route has not been established here.

Version labels matter: Pohx’s hub labels its current context 3.29 and says its suggested build was updated July 21, 2026; the Mobalytics Chieftain guide is also labeled 3.29 and was updated August 7, 2026. GGG’s 3.27.0 patch notes are dated October 23, 2025. They are useful historical patch information, not a substitute for current 3.29 build instructions.

Treat an RF Occultist fresh start as unverified unless you find a current Occultist-specific guide with a leveling PoB and explicit progression. The sources cited here do not support exact Occultist passive allocations, gem links, gear checkpoints, an RF activation level, or a sustainability claim. The documented Chieftain route can answer what one current RF league starter does, but not how to reproduce it on Occultist.
