Open the exact Jellycat product page, choose the correct size or variant, and use its back-in-stock or “notify me” option if one appears. Enter your email address to request an alert. If there is no alert option, check other stockists; Jellycat does not publish a general restock calendar or promise when an alert will arrive.
Set up an alert on the Jellycat product page
- Find the product page for the specific Jellycat plush toy you want.
- Confirm that the page shows the right size or variant. Similar versions can have separate listings and availability.
- If the page offers a back-in-stock or “notify me” control, select it and enter your email address. Jellycat’s US Help Centre says: “Just enter your email address to receive an email notification when it’s back.”
- Check the inbox for the address you submitted. The official guidance describes an email alert but does not state how quickly it will be sent or guarantee that it will arrive before stock sells out.
The option is conditional: Jellycat’s guidance does not say that every product page offers alerts. Controls and availability may also differ by region, so use the page for your location and the exact product you want.
If there is no alert option
Search other retailers that stock Jellycat. The company’s out-of-stock guidance recommends checking other stores, since they may still carry the item. Its UK stockist locator can help UK readers find nearby retailers; Jellycat says the locator covers “1,200+ independent stores plus select national retailers” across the UK. That figure is UK-specific, and the locator page does not display a publication year.
Check each retailer’s own listing for the exact product and variant, and treat that listing as the authority on whether it is currently available. A search result or a tracker alert is not a substitute for confirming stock with the retailer.

Can a restock alert tell you when Jellycat will restock?
No general schedule is provided in the reviewed official guidance. It does not give a date for a particular item or promise a notification delivery time. The presence or absence of a “notify me” button is not established as a reliable sign that a toy is returning or retired.
If you use a third-party tracker, distinguish its monitoring from Jellycat’s own alerts. Jellycat Monitor describes email or app monitoring for exact variants, but says it is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Jellycat. Its page says retailer listings are the final authority on stock. The service describes a free plan for one monitored item and paid plans with more slots; check its current terms directly before relying on those details.

ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API, not a Jellycat restock alert service. It can capture a product page for a visual check, but a screenshot does not notify you when stock changes. For example, this cURL request captures the Jellycat homepage:
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://jellycat.com -o shot.webpSee the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. ScreenshotNeo removes cookie and consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; each step can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, failed loads, timeouts, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers indicate the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides screenshot and page-information tools for AI agents. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the “notify me” button mean a Jellycat is definitely coming back?
No. The reviewed official guidance does not establish the button—or its absence—as a reliable restock or retirement signal.
Will I get an alert before the item sells out?
Jellycat describes an email notification when an item is back, but does not promise how quickly it arrives or that stock will remain available when you see it.
