Use Visualping’s Bulk import control to create monitors from a pasted list of URLs instead of configuring each job individually. You can copy URLs and optional titles from a two-column spreadsheet, apply shared settings, and create the batch. Bulk import is available only on Business plans, according to Visualping’s bulk import guide.

Prepare the URLs and titles

Collect the pages you want to watch in a spreadsheet or text editor. Use direct links to the specific pages you care about, rather than a site’s home page when a relevant subpage or search-results page is available; Visualping recommends using a direct link in its basic monitoring guide.

You can import URLs alone or include a title beside each URL. Visualping describes copying two spreadsheet columns—URL and title—and pasting them into the import tool. Its guide also says titles may follow URLs, separated by a space or tab. The guide does not establish a maximum batch size, duplicate-URL handling, or a CSV-file upload workflow, so treat this as a copy-and-paste process rather than assuming you can upload a CSV.

Import multiple jobs in Visualping

  1. Open the dashboard and choose Bulk import. The control is Visualping’s documented route for creating multiple jobs from a list.
  2. Paste your URL list. If you prepared titles, include them after the corresponding URLs, or copy the URL-and-title columns from your spreadsheet.
  3. Choose shared monitoring settings. The import guide documents basic options, compare type, actions, and adjustments. Set these for the batch if the jobs should use the same configuration.
  4. Set the schedule and notifications during import. Visualping’s guide says bulk editing notifications after creation is currently unavailable, so configure notifications as part of the import when they need to be consistent across jobs.
  5. Choose the create-jobs action. Visualping creates a job for each imported URL and runs an initial check. Review the resulting monitors and their initial results to confirm the right pages and settings were used.

Visualping’s help article, edited May 6, 2025, describes the feature as automatically creating jobs from a spreadsheet. Its current availability and plan details may change; check the Business plan comparison before changing plans.

Choose the right setup method

Method Best fit Eligibility or setup Repeatability
Bulk import A prepared list of URLs with similar monitoring settings Business plan, according to Visualping’s bulk import guide Paste a list; no maximum batch size is stated in the guide
Dashboard, one job at a time A small list or monitors that need individually chosen settings Enter a direct URL in the ordinary setup flow described in the basic monitoring guide Repeat the creation flow for each monitor
Visualping API A URL list generated or maintained by another system, or a recurring automated workflow Use an API key with write access to the relevant workspace or organization scope; see the Visualping API documentation Programmatically create, update, and delete monitors and retrieve changes

The documented sources do not establish a current bulk-import limit or the API’s specific request format, so consult the linked API documentation for implementation details. If the URLs are already in a spreadsheet and share settings, bulk import is the straightforward dashboard method; use individual setup when per-monitor configuration differs, or the API when another system needs to manage monitors.

When a monitor does not behave as expected

  • Bulk import is missing: the documented feature is limited to Business plans. Check the current plan comparison and your account’s plan eligibility before looking for another dashboard control.
  • Titles or URLs appear combined incorrectly: verify the URL-title separation in the pasted text. The guide describes a space or tab between each URL and title, and also supports copying two columns from a spreadsheet.
  • Notifications need to differ by monitor: set notifications during import where possible. The guide says bulk editing notifications afterward is currently unavailable; create monitors individually if their notification setup cannot be shared.
  • The initial result is not the page you intended: inspect the URL and use a direct link to the relevant page or search results, then review each job’s initial check after creation.
  • You need to know how duplicates or very large batches are handled: Visualping’s cited import guide does not state duplicate behavior or a maximum import size. Do not assume either; verify with the current product documentation or split the work into smaller batches if the interface does not accept the list.

Visualping is for ongoing website change monitoring. If your immediate task is to capture screenshots rather than monitor changes over time, ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server for developers. One GET request returns an image or PDF; its API parameter names also work with those used by other screenshot APIs, which can simplify switching.

For example, this cURL request saves a WebP screenshot of Stripe:

curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp

See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. Cookie banners and consent popups, newsletter popups, and chat widgets are removed before capture; those cleanup steps can be turned off. Bot checks and CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits cost nothing, and the response reports the page verdict and billing status. An MCP server provides the take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf tools for Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients.

ScreenshotNeo’s Free plan includes 1,000 screenshots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000. Sign up for ScreenshotNeo’s free plan.
