What affects the price you actually pay?
Checks, page count, and interval
The published starting examples increase in capacity from Free’s 150 monthly checks across five pages, to Personal’s 1,000 checks and up to 10 pages, to Business’s 20,000 checks and 200 pages. Paid Personal plans allow shorter check intervals than Free, but the exact options depend on the plan. Check the current plan details against the cadence you need before subscribing.

Billing term, workspaces, and add-ons
Visualping says annual Business billing is 30% cheaper than monthly billing. Its Business subscription flow includes monthly and annual billing choices, workspace selection, and optional add-ons. The checkout panel displays the selected total and applicable taxes, along with eligible coupon codes. Use that final amount—not the starting-price headline—to compare costs.
Business and Solutions services
Business is positioned for team use, with shared workspaces and native Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations in the published entry-level description. Visualping’s help center also lists collaboration tools, bulk actions, onboarding, and a dedicated account manager for Business users. Visualping says Business users receive a 99% uptime guarantee; that is the company’s own stated guarantee, not an independently audited performance result.

Solutions is intended for more complex requirements, including scaling to thousands of pages or millions of checks, managed onboarding, custom prompts and outputs, Visual Analyzer for image changes, and upgraded language models on request. What Visualping does—and what the plans are for
Visualping describes itself as a website change detection and monitoring platform operated by WebMonitoring Technologies Inc. It checks webpages on a schedule and alerts users to changes; users can monitor a whole page or a selected element, with visual, text, and code changes reported.

Cloud monitors continue running on Visualping’s servers when your computer is off. Local monitors require Chrome to remain open. That distinction matters when deciding whether your monitoring setup depends on a computer being online, as well as when assessing which service configuration suits your workflow.
Checks, cancellation, and subscription terms
Visualping’s help-center pricing entries, last edited January 30, 2025, say that monthly checks are usable during their plan cycle and do not roll over. The same entries say paid subscriptions can be cancelled through account billing settings. Because that guidance is older, verify current terms and account steps before relying on it.

How to choose the right Visualping tier
- Count the pages. Compare your monitored-page total with the published limits: five on Free, up to 10 on the Personal starting example, and 200 on the Business starting example.
- Estimate checks and cadence. Work out how often pages need checking and how many checks that schedule requires. Free’s published minimum interval is 60 minutes; paid Personal plans offer shorter intervals, with exact options depending on plan.
- Decide whether a team needs shared workflows. If you need shared workspaces or the listed Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, compare Business configurations and their checkout totals.
- Ask about custom scale or service. For a large deployment or requirements such as managed onboarding or custom outputs, request a Solutions quote and confirm what the quote includes.
- Check the final amount. Select billing term and workspace quantity, review add-ons and taxes, and apply any eligible coupon at checkout before committing.
