How to make a useful, safe lesson capture
- Choose the capture scope. Use a full-page tool for a long article or lesson reference, an area capture to focus on one interface detail, or a screen recording when the learner needs to see a sequence of actions.
- Check the school device rules. ITPro advises checking organizational security policies before installing an extension. Ask your administrator or follow your school’s approval process on a managed device.

A capture may include more than the lesson itself: browser tabs, logged-in account details, names, grades, or other on-screen information. Review every image or video before sharing.
