Uske baad capture dobara shuru karein. GoFullPage ke mutabiq, PDFs, custom JavaScript scrolling, iframe permissions, aur bahut lambi pages bhi capture ko rok ya adhoora kar sakti hain.
1. Capture se pehle poora content load karein
- Page par dikh rahe information bars, cookie prompts ya pop-ups band karein.
- Page ko neeche tak scroll karein, taaki lazy-loaded sections aur images load ho saken. Agar page horizontal scroll karta hai, us content ko bhi load karein.
- Page ke load hone ke baad GoFullPage icon par click karke capture shuru karein.
GoFullPage screen ke visible scroll windows ko capture karke jodta hai. Isliye scroll ke saath badalne wala content ya abhi tak load na hua section final image mein chhoot sakta hai. GoFullPage ki official FAQ bhi capture se pehle page scroll karke content load karne ki salah deti hai.
2. Dekhein ki page PDF hai ya custom scrolling use karta hai
Browser mein khula PDF
GoFullPage FAQ ke mutabiq, extension browser ke apne PDF viewer ko access karke usmein scroll nahi kar sakta. PDF ko uske viewer se download ya export karein, ya PDF viewer ka print/save option use karein; wahi page dobara capture karne se limitation door nahi hogi.
JavaScript se chalne wali scrolling
Kuch websites browser ki aam page scrolling ke bajaye custom JavaScript se content badalti hain. GoFullPage FAQ Adobe Spark ko aise page ka example batati hai. Agar normal scroll karne par page ka content kisi alag panel mein badalta hai, ya window scroll nahi hoti, to extension ke stitch kiye gaye capture mein sections chhoot sakte hain. Website ka apna export option ya doosra capture tareeqa azmayein.

3. Agar iframe ka content missing ho
Page ke andar embedded frame (iframe) ho to GoFullPage ko us frame tak pahunchne aur usse scroll karne ke liye permission maangni pad sakti hai. Agar capture ke waqt permission prompt aaya tha aur aapne mana kar diya, to iframe wala hissa chhoot sakta hai, jabki baaki pages par extension kaam kar sakta hai.
GoFullPage ke permissions guide ke mutabiq, iframe capture ke liye extension tabs, webNavigation aur host access maang sakta hai. Sirf tab permission dein jab aap us embedded content ko capture karna chahte hon aur prompt ko samajh kar sahmat hon. Browser ki extension settings mein GoFullPage ki site access bhi dekhein.

4. Blank, split ya bahut badi image ka kya karein
Full-page image bahut badi ho to capture blank dikh sakta hai, fail ho sakta hai, ya alag images mein toot sakta hai. Pixel-dense display par image ka size aur badh sakta hai. GoFullPage FAQ chetavani deti hai ki 10 ya usse zyada images ki zarurat wale capture poore na ho saken.
- Result ke baad khule hue alag tabs ya images dekhein—lambi page ka output tukdon mein ho sakta hai.
- Bahut lambi page ke liye website ka print-to-PDF ya export option azmayein.
- Agar baar-baar blank result aaye ya capture complete na ho, to page ko kam sections mein capture karein ya native export use karein.
Chrome Web Store listing ke mutabiq, oversized capture ko alag images aur tabs mein baanta ja sakta hai. Listing mein version 8.9 aur update date 29 September 2026 dikhayi gayi thi; store listing badal sakti hai, isliye extension update ya availability ka masla ho to current listing dekhein.

5. GoFullPage icon toolbar mein nazar nahi aa raha
Icon ka chhupa hona capture failure nahi hai. Chrome mein jigsaw-shaped Extensions menu kholein aur GoFullPage ke saamne pin icon chun kar use toolbar par pin karein. Edge aur Firefox mein bhi extension menu se icon dhoondh kar toolbar par dikhaya ja sakta hai; browser ke mutabiq menu labels alag ho sakte hain.
6. Capture bana, lekin download nahi hua
Agar screenshot dikh raha hai magar local file save nahi hui, to problem page capture ki nahi, Downloads permission ki ho sakti hai. Browser extension settings mein GoFullPage ki Downloads permission check karein. GoFullPage ke permissions guide ke mutabiq, file save karne ke liye yeh permission chahiye; clipboard par image copy karna iske baghair bhi kaam kar sakta hai.

7. Extension disabled ya gaayab ho to availability check karein
GoFullPage developer ne 11 August 2026 ko Chrome Web Store se temporary removal aur disabled copy ko chrome://extensions par dobara enable karne ka workaround bataya tha. Developer update log mein 14 September 2026 ko restoration complete hone ka aakhri update hai, aur Chrome Web Store listing 29 September 2026 ko updated version 8.9 dikhati hai. Yeh pehle ki disruption thi, current status nahi: agar extension ab bhi disabled ya missing ho, pehle official store listing check karein; zarurat par chrome://extensions kholkar uski enabled setting dekhein.
