Open the webpage you want to capture in Chrome.

Click the GoFullPage icon in Chrome’s toolbar. If you do not see it, open Chrome’s Extensions menu and select GoFullPage; you can pin it to the toolbar for easier access. Alternatively, use the listing’s keyboard shortcut, Alt+Shift+P.

Wait while the extension scrolls through the page and composes the capture. The completed result opens in a new tab.

Choose an image or PDF

For a PDF, choose continuous output when you want one long page; use pagination when the result should fit standard paper sizes. Check the finished file before sharing or relying on it as a record.
Check the capture for missing content
Some pages may not produce a complete capture. GoFullPage’s FAQ notes that some PDF documents cannot be accessed for scrolling, and pages that manage scrolling with custom JavaScript may not work with the extension. Very large pages—particularly on high pixel-density displays—can exceed the size limit for a single image, in which case the result may be split into multiple images. Inspect the output and confirm that it includes the content you need.

Permissions and where captures are handled
According to GoFullPage’s permissions guide, captures stay locally in the extension unless you download them. The guide describes a downloads permission for saving files and iframe-related access for capturing content inside frames. Which permissions are requested can depend on the feature you use; review Chrome’s permission prompt when it appears.
