To save an NTA exam result webpage as a PDF, open the official result link for your specific exam, follow that exam portal’s sign-in instructions, then use your browser’s print preview to save the page as a PDF. In desktop Chrome, press Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or Command+P on Mac. Choose the PDF destination available in the print dialog and save the file.
A PDF printed from a webpage is a copy of what the browser rendered; it is not automatically an official score card. If the exam portal offers a score-card download, keep that official file too.
Find the result page for your particular NTA exam
Start at the National Testing Agency’s Exam Result page, then follow the result link and instructions for the specific examination. NTA results may lead to exam-specific websites, and there is not one sign-in process or result URL that applies to every NTA exam.
Use only the official exam result link or portal. Sign in with the credentials specified in that exam’s notice. For example, an NTA notice dated 03 February 2026 about July 2025 SWAYAM semester results instructed eligible candidates to use their application number and password on the specified site. That instruction is specific to the notice; do not assume it applies to other NTA exams. Read the SWAYAM notice.

Print the result webpage to PDF in Chrome
- Open the result page after signing in, if sign-in is required, and wait until the result information you need is visible.
- Open Chrome’s print preview: press Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or Command+P on Mac.
- In the print dialog, choose the PDF-saving destination shown on your device. The exact label and available destinations can vary by device and setup.
- Review the preview and save the PDF to a folder you can find again.
Google’s Chrome printing instructions describe the desktop print commands and PDF saving in its Drive-related workflow. If your dialog does not show the same destination wording, use the PDF option your device presents rather than assuming every setup has an identical menu.
Check the PDF and keep the official score card
- Reopen the saved PDF and check that the result information, name or identifier fields, and other content you need are legible and present.
- If the page spans multiple pages, inspect each page so you know the saved file contains the full material you intended to keep.
- If the exam portal separately provides a downloadable score card, retain that file as well. A browser-generated PDF records a rendering of the webpage; it is not inherently a score card issued by the exam authority.
The distinction can matter: in its SWAYAM notice, NTA says candidates can download and print score cards from the specified exam site, and that final score cards and certificates will be issued by the concerned National Coordinators. Follow the relevant notice and any recipient’s requirements if you need an official document.

Troubleshooting
The PDF option is missing from print preview
Available destination labels depend on the device and setup. Check the destinations in the print dialog and use the PDF-saving option that is available there. Google’s instructions cover PDF saving in its Drive workflow, but menu labels need not be identical on every device.

The result page asks for credentials or will not open
Return to the official result link for that examination and check its notice for the correct portal and sign-in details. Do not apply credentials from a different NTA exam’s instructions; the SWAYAM application-number-and-password example is for that stated result case only.
The saved file is incomplete or hard to read
Open the PDF and inspect its pages before relying on it. If the print preview does not show the material you need, return to the result page and confirm it has loaded and that the correct result is displayed. If the portal offers an official score-card download, save that separately.
