Your YouTube Premiere ended because a Premiere is a one-time shared viewing event, not a setting that repeats a video. The video should remain on your channel as a regular upload. Open its watch page and turn on YouTube’s Loop control if you want it to play again.
What ends when a Premiere finishes?
A Premiere gives viewers a countdown and a chance to watch a new video together in real time. When that event ends, the Premiere is over, but the uploaded video remains on your channel as a regular upload. The countdown is not part of the video itself. YouTube Help: Premiere a new video.
That means the event ending does not indicate that the upload has been deleted or that YouTube should automatically start it again. A Premiere is different from a live broadcast; a channel may choose to post a livestream replay or highlights after a stream, but that is a separate process. YouTube Help: Learn about live streams.
How to loop the video after the Premiere
Open the video’s ordinary watch page, then use YouTube’s Loop control. The available interaction depends on the device:

- Computer or mobile: Right-click in the video player and select Loop.
- Playlist: Expand the playlist and select Loop to repeat it.
- TV or gaming console: Select Repeat until the control indicates that the current video is repeating.

Why you may have seen something other than the video
Chat replay is not video replay

The creator may have set up Live Redirect
A creator can configure a Premiere to send viewers to another Premiere or a live stream when it ends. If playback took you somewhere else, that may be the reason; Live Redirect is a separate creator-configured feature, not automatic looping. YouTube Help: How to use YouTube Live Redirect.
