On an iPhone, use Safari’s built-in Markup workflow to save a webpage as a PDF: open the page, tap Share, choose Markup, tap Done, then choose Save File To and save the file. You can add notes or highlights first, but annotation is optional. No separate app is required for this Safari method.

Open the webpage in Safari on your iPhone.

Open the sharing controls. Depending on your Safari tab layout, tap the Page Menu and then Share, or tap the Share button if it is shown directly.

Find Share in your Safari layout
The Share control is not necessarily in the same place for every tab layout. In Safari, the Page Menu can provide access to Share; layouts set to Bottom or Top may show a Share button directly. If you do not see Share where expected, check the Page Menu or the visible Share button for your layout. Apple describes these Safari controls in its iPhone guide to browsing the web with Safari.

Choose a filename and save location
After you tap Done in Markup, use Save File To and provide a name before tapping Save. This is the webpage-specific flow. If you are saving a PDF that is already open in Safari, Apple’s separate instructions use the label Save to Files, then prompt you to name and save it; see Apple’s guide to downloading a PDF from Safari. The two labels belong to different documented workflows.
Can you do this in Chrome or another browser?
The steps above are Apple’s documented Safari workflow. The cited instructions do not establish equivalent controls for Chrome or other iPhone browsers, so use browser-specific guidance for those apps rather than assuming their menus match Safari.
