To save a screenshot of an entire scrolling webpage in Microsoft Edge on a Mac, open the page, select Settings and more (…) > Screenshot, choose Capture full page, then review and save the result. You can also open the page’s context menu and choose Screenshot. The menu route is the clearest choice on macOS because Microsoft’s shortcut instructions do not confirm a universal Mac key combination.
Capture and save the full webpage in Edge

Open the webpage in Microsoft Edge and allow the content you want to capture to load.

Open Settings and more (…) in the upper-right corner and select Screenshot. Alternatively, right-click the webpage and select Screenshot from its context menu. Microsoft previously called this feature Web Capture; the current name is Screenshot. Microsoft’s guide to taking a webpage screenshot describes the workflow.

Choose Capture full page. This captures beyond the visible browser window, including long webpages. Microsoft says the feature can capture long or moving webpages. Microsoft’s Screenshot feature page describes full-page and selected-area capture.

Review the result in the capture overlay, then choose its save option to store the image in your files. Depending on the controls available in your Edge release, you may also be able to copy, mark up, or share the capture.
Which shortcut works on a Mac?
Microsoft’s Web Capture guide lists Ctrl+Shift+S, and its current feature page repeats that shortcut. Neither instruction explains a Mac-specific remapping, and Microsoft’s Edge keyboard-shortcut reference does not list a Screenshot shortcut for Mac. If the shortcut does not work in your installation, use Settings and more (…) > Screenshot or the page context menu instead. Microsoft’s Edge keyboard shortcut reference covers the published shortcuts.

If Screenshot is missing from the menus
First check for an Edge update. If you use a work or school Mac, the browser may be managed by your organization. Microsoft’s WebCaptureEnabled policy documentation says macOS support begins with Edge version 87 and that the Screenshot option is available from the menus when the policy is enabled or not configured. If an administrator disables the policy, users cannot access the feature. Ask your IT administrator whether that policy is applied.
Microsoft notes that Screenshot was previously named Web Capture and that feature functionality can change, so menu labels or controls may vary between releases. The version 87 reference establishes policy support, not the latest Edge version.
