In LiveReacting, open your project’s Settings, change Video Title under Primary Settings, then upload the YouTube thumbnail under Advanced Settings → Thumbnail and save. The image in Create Live Announcement is separate: it appears in the announcement, not as the YouTube thumbnail.

Open the LiveReacting project for the stream and select Settings using the gear icon.

In Primary Settings, edit Video Title to set the stream title.

Open Advanced Settings and upload the image in Thumbnail. This is the YouTube thumbnail control.

Save the settings.
LiveReacting’s settings guidance says you can also modify the title directly on YouTube while the stream is live or after it has ended. That is a separate route from editing the LiveReacting project.
Thumbnail versus live-announcement image
These are separate image settings with different purposes. The image added in Create Live Announcement is displayed as part of the announcement. To set the YouTube thumbnail, upload the image separately under Advanced Settings → Thumbnail. LiveReacting says the YouTube thumbnail is displayed when the stream is live or after it has been saved.

What changes for a scheduled stream?
One-time scheduled stream
For a stream scheduled once, use the LiveReacting project settings to make the title and thumbnail changes, then save. If the YouTube event is already scheduled on YouTube, LiveReacting documents a way to connect to it: go to Advanced Settings → Connect to existing stream and select the event from the dropdown. LiveReacting says this pulls information such as the title and description from the channel.
Multi-date or repeat schedule
LiveReacting says the title and description cannot be edited after a multi-date or repeat schedule has been created. Its documented workaround is to cancel the scheduled streams, change the settings, and reschedule.

When editing a multi-date or repeat project, choose Apply changes to all scheduled streams if the changes should carry through to all remaining streams. Otherwise, edits may apply only to the next scheduled stream, while the original scheduled snapshot may be restored for the others.
If the change does not appear as expected

The announcement shows the new image, but YouTube does not: The announcement image and YouTube thumbnail are distinct. Upload the intended thumbnail in Advanced Settings → Thumbnail.

A later repeat stream has the old title or description: For a multi-date or repeat project, use Apply changes to all scheduled streams when editing so the changes reach all remaining streams. If the project was already scheduled, follow LiveReacting’s cancel-and-reschedule guidance for title and description edits.
