To create a playlist on a computer, open YouTube Studio, select CREATE > New playlist, enter a title and description, choose visibility and video arrangement, add your lessons, then select CREATE. For a Hindi study channel, group videos around one subject, exam, level, or course sequence and arrange them in the order learners should follow.

Make each playlist about one learning goal
Separate playlists by subject, exam, grade or level, or course progression. A title pattern such as विषय | कक्षा/स्तर | पाठ्यक्रम or a bilingual equivalent can make the audience and scope clear. These are editorial suggestions, not YouTube requirements or a guarantee of search visibility.
Explain the course and its sequence
Use the description to state prerequisites, explain the order of lessons, and tell learners what they should be able to do by the end. Make the first lesson identifiable so a learner knows where to begin.
Set playlist visibility
| Setting | Who can access it | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Public | Anyone can watch and share it. It may appear in YouTube search, related videos, recommendations, on your channel, and in subscriber feeds. | Use it when you want learners to find and share the lessons. |
| Unlisted | Anyone with the link can watch and share it; it does not appear in search or recommendations. | Use it for link-only sharing. |
| Private | Only the owner can view it. | Use it for personal organization. |
YouTube documents these access differences in its playlist privacy guidance.

Create a playlist from a video or in the YouTube app
From a video’s watch page
- Open the video you want to include.
- Select More > Save > Create new playlist.
- Enter a playlist name, choose privacy, and create it.
In the YouTube app
You can also create a playlist from the You tab. The documented flow selects videos from watch history before you name the playlist and set its privacy. YouTube Help describes a playlist as “a collection of videos.” See its playlist creation guidance for these options.
Put lessons in a useful order
For a course, order lessons according to the learner’s progression: introductory material first, followed by prerequisite concepts, practice, and later topics. YouTube Studio provides video arrangement controls, and you can drag videos into a different sequence when needed. The course-design order is your choice; it is not a platform-mandated structure.

Watch for the Made for Kids playlist limitation
YouTube Help says a video or channel set as Made for Kids cannot be added to a playlist from the homepage. It describes adding the content from search results as an alternative. If the homepage option is unavailable, try locating the video through search results.

A playlist organizes videos for learners to watch in sequence; it does not itself make a channel live. If you also want a continuous YouTube live stream made from uploaded study videos, StreamNeo is a separate cloud service for that job. It does not create playlists or stream from a camera.
