Select the subscription, open its three-dot menu, and choose Unsubscribe. To request a refund, contact Gyre within 14 days of payment; your account must have less than 10 total hours of stream time when you submit the request. Any eligible refund may be reduced by transaction fees.
How to cancel a Gyre subscription
- Sign in to your Gyre account and click your avatar.
- Open Settings > Subscriptions > Active.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Open the three-dot menu and choose Unsubscribe.
Gyre also accepts cancellation requests by email at [email protected]. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next period’s charge. Gyre’s Terms of Service state: “To avoid being charged the corresponding amount in the next period, cancel the Subscription before the renewal date.” Gyre Terms of Service
If you cancel but are not eligible for a refund, Gyre says service continues until the end of the current subscription period. Its Terms of Service describe a seven-calendar-day trial after account registration; that trial period is separate from the refund rules below. Gyre Terms of Service
When Gyre says you can get a refund
Gyre’s refund conditions require both a timely request and low enough usage. The request must be submitted within 14 days after payment, and the account’s total stream duration must be less than 10 hours at submission. If the request is made after 14 days or the account’s streams total 10 hours or more, Gyre says no refund is available and service continues until the current subscription period ends. How transaction fees affect the refund
- Card payment through Stripe: Gyre says Stripe transaction fees deducted from a refund do not exceed 7% of the subscription cost.
- Payment from account Balance: Gyre says the refund returns to that Balance, less the fees paid when topping it up.
These are policy terms, not a calculation of the amount due for a particular account. Check your payment record and ask Gyre support to confirm the applicable deductions. Gyre Terms of Service

How to submit a refund request
- Email Gyre support from the email address used to purchase the subscription.
- Include your account number and a detailed explanation for the return.
- Submit within the 14-day window and make sure your account has under 10 total stream hours when you send the request.
Gyre says it generally processes refund requests within ten business days. The Terms of Service also reserve the right to block an account, refuse a refund, or offer further service if someone repeatedly requests refunds or seeks them while continuing to use the service. Gyre Terms of Service
If you want to delete your Gyre account too
Account deletion requires an email to Gyre support. If you have an active subscription, request cancellation as well. Gyre applies the same 14-day and under-10-stream-hours conditions to a deletion request made together with a cancellation if you are also seeking a refund.
