To add another YouTube channel, sign in to OneStream Live, open Social Platforms, choose Add Platform or Connect beside YouTube, authorize the account that has access to the channel, select its channel category, and click Connect. Then select the connected channel as a destination for your Studio session or encoder broadcast.
Connect the second YouTube channel
- Sign in to OneStream Live and open Social Platforms.
- Choose Add Platform, or select Connect beside YouTube.
- Choose YouTube and authorize or select the Google/YouTube account that owns or can access the channel you want to add. Check that you have chosen the intended account.
- Select the channel category and click Connect. OneStream Live’s Help Center describes this step as: “Choose the YouTube account you want to connect. Select your channel category and click Connect.” (OneStream Live Help Center, updated August 18, 2026.)
- Confirm that the account appears in Social Platforms. OneStream’s connection guide also documents adding social platforms from this area (OneStream Live Help Center, updated September 7, 2026).
Select the channel for a Studio broadcast
- Open or create the OneStream Studio session.
- Open Set Destinations, then choose Add Platform if the channel is not already connected.
- Select the desired connected YouTube account as a destination. Check the selected destination accounts before you go live or schedule the session.

Use an encoder such as OBS instead
If you send video through an encoder rather than OneStream Studio, use OneStream’s encoder destination workflow:
- Open Encoder Streaming.
- Select a stream key if needed, then click Set Destinations.
- Select the connected YouTube channel or other intended social destinations and save the changes.
- Complete the broadcast details and schedule the broadcast.

If the second channel does not appear
- Check the authorized account. Return to the connection flow and make sure you selected a Google/YouTube account that can access the intended channel.
- Check the destination list. A connected account must also be selected in the Studio session’s Set Destinations flow, or in the encoder destination settings.
- Ask OneStream support if it is still missing. The documented instructions explain how to add and select accounts, but do not establish a universal maximum number of YouTube channel connections or guarantee identical behavior for channels under one Google login versus separate Google accounts.
Connecting two channels versus streaming to both at once
Adding a second account and choosing broadcast destinations are separate steps. If you intend to stream to both channels simultaneously, select both in the session’s destination settings and verify that both appear before starting. OneStream’s published destination capacities are plan-based; its page accessed October 3, 2026 advertises two simultaneous destinations on Free, five on Basic, ten on Standard, thirty on Professional, and up to fifty on Enterprise. These are destination limits, not a stated maximum for how many YouTube accounts can remain connected. Plan names and limits can change, so check the current OneStream multistreaming page for your plan.
