You want a playlist to repeat continuously
Gyre’s documented sequence is to upload video to its storage, use its converter, arrange videos into a looping playlist, connect your YouTube account, schedule a 24/7 broadcast, and start it. You do not want a streaming computer running
Gyre says its cloud stream can continue when your computer is off, the browser is closed, or your internet connection is disconnected. You can work within its looping limits
Restream documents looping a single prerecorded video up to 10 times, with a maximum 40-hour stream per event. Playlists themselves do not loop; the help page says videos can be duplicated in a playlist, which is limited to 40 videos. Looping is listed as a paid feature. The same help page lists Premier at $39/month with a 2-hour video library and up to 1080p, Marathon at $79/month with a 4-hour library and up to 1080p, and Media at $239/month with a 12-hour library and up to 4K; it says looping is available with Marathon and Media. Which should you choose?
- For a continuous autonomous playlist: Gyre is the closer documented match because it explicitly describes a looping playlist with automatic restart.
- For scheduled one-off streams or finite rebroadcasts: Restream’s scheduled events and bounded looping are more directly relevant.
- For distribution to multiple destinations: Restream emphasizes multistreaming and platform connections; Gyre also lists supported platforms and plan-level concurrent streams. Check the current destination and plan limits with each provider.

What to compare before paying
- Loop behavior: continuous playlist restart versus a scheduled event with a finite loop cap.
- Video library: storage or library duration, and whether your source files fit.
- Output quality: supported resolution and whether the plan changes it.
- Concurrent streams and destinations: confirm how many simultaneous broadcasts and connected platforms the selected plan allows.
- Billing: verify the current price, billing period, and which features are included at checkout.
- Rights and platform rules: make sure you have the rights needed to broadcast every recording. Neither a cloud service nor a scheduled event grants permission to use copyrighted material.
