Xiaomi lists the POCO X6’s physical display resolution as 1220 × 2712 pixels in portrait, but that is not the same as a verified CSS viewport. For a screenshot of only the visible screen, use Capture screenshot; for the entire page, use Capture a full size screenshot. Chrome’s Device Mode documentation explains the controls, and Xiaomi’s POCO X6 specifications give the display resolution.
Set up Chrome DevTools for a POCO X6-sized viewport
- Open the website in desktop Chrome.
- Open DevTools, then click Toggle device toolbar (or use the DevTools device-toolbar keyboard shortcut shown in your Chrome installation).
- In the device toolbar, set the device type to Mobile. Chrome’s device type affects mobile versus desktop rendering and whether touch or click events fire.
- Open the dimensions/device list. If POCO X6 appears, select it. If it does not, select Responsive and enter custom width, height, and DPR values.
- For portrait orientation, use a width greater than zero and a taller height; use the Rotate control to switch the emulated viewport to landscape when needed.
Chrome’s Device Mode is a simulation running on your computer, not the website running on a POCO X6. Use a physical phone when hardware-specific behavior matters.
Physical display pixels are not the CSS viewport
Xiaomi specifies the POCO X6 display as 2712 × 1220 physical pixels, or 1220 × 2712 in portrait, with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 6.67-inch diagonal. Those are display specifications, not the phone’s verified browser CSS viewport. Chrome treats device pixel ratio as a separate relationship between physical pixels and logical CSS pixels, and lets you set DPR independently in Device Mode. Do not divide the physical resolution by an assumed DPR and present the result as the confirmed POCO X6 viewport.
For an exact match, read the viewport dimensions and window.devicePixelRatio in Chrome on an actual POCO X6, then enter those values in DevTools’ Responsive controls. If you only need a visual approximation, use the known portrait physical resolution as a reference and clearly treat the CSS size and DPR you choose as estimates.

Capture the visible viewport or the full page
With the desired page and emulated viewport active, open DevTools’ More options menu and choose the capture type that matches your goal:
- Capture screenshot saves the content currently visible in the emulated viewport.
- Capture a full size screenshot captures the full document, including content below or beyond the viewport. It is not limited to the phone-sized visible screen.

Portrait, landscape, and fidelity choices

Use DevTools for responsive-layout checks and repeatable screenshots. It does not reproduce every hardware characteristic of a real handset; Chrome recommends testing on an actual device when actual device behavior matters.

- POCO X6 is missing from the device list: Select Responsive and enter custom values. A named preset is convenient, but not required to emulate a mobile viewport.
- The screenshot does not look like the phone: Check that device type is Mobile, then verify the actual POCO X6 viewport and DPR rather than assuming its physical display resolution supplies both.
- The image is much taller than the screen: You selected Capture a full size screenshot. Use Capture screenshot to save only the current viewport.
- The page behaves differently on the phone: Device Mode simulates the mobile experience on a desktop; validate on the physical device for hardware-specific behavior.
