Enter the postcode in the retailer’s own delivery or location control, wait for the page to update, and then capture the product page. Keep the product name or model, displayed price and currency, and the relevant delivery area visible together where possible. Include any delivery cost, estimate or availability that affects the comparison.
Enter the postcode before taking the screenshot

Open the product page and identify the retailer’s location, delivery or postcode control. Use the retailer’s own control rather than assuming that an address in the browser or an earlier visit has set the right area.

Enter the delivery postcode you want to document and submit it. Wait for the page to refresh or for the retailer to show the location-specific information. Do not capture while a loading indicator is still active or before the displayed details have changed.

Check what the location lookup actually returned: it may affect delivery eligibility, shipping cost or timing, local availability, or the product price. A postcode check does not necessarily change the base price.

Frame the capture so the product name or model and its displayed price are visible together. Include the postcode or delivery area and any relevant delivery charge, date or availability if the page shows them.

Save the image with the capture date and a short filename that identifies the product and area if you are collecting several screenshots. These are practical organization tips, not retailer requirements.

What the screenshot proves—and what it does not
A screenshot records what a particular page displayed for a particular location at the time you captured it. It does not guarantee that the same price, promotion, stock or delivery option will still be available at checkout. Target notes that pricing, promotions and availability may vary by location (Target pricing details).
Keep the item price separate from delivery charges. If the page has not calculated shipping or the full order total, do not label the displayed item price as the final total.

Retailers may use a postcode differently at different stages. IKEA UK says shoppers can enter a postcode while browsing to check whether an item is available for online delivery in their area; entering one at checkout can calculate delivery date and cost, and items unavailable for online purchase will be identified there (IKEA UK help).
Compare screenshots consistently
For a useful comparison across locations, capture the same product and variant each time and record the details that make the price meaningful:

Do not present a screenshot from one postcode as the price for every shopper. Google Merchant Center’s regional pricing guidance says a landing page should show the price and availability for the shopper’s region; its documentation also describes using a region identifier in the click-through URL and cautions against having the regional location overridden by cookies, earlier visits or IP detection (Google Merchant Center Help).
