The official FAQ described recap stats based on qualifying Streamlabs activity from January 1 through November 30, 2023. It does not establish whether a 2026 edition exists or whether the old recap link still works.
What Streamlabs Clipped means
“Clipped” can sound like a video-clipping feature, but Streamlabs used the name for a personalized recap of a user’s streaming activity. The FAQ for the 2023 edition, published December 19, 2023, covered stats, qualifying streams, category badges, and access to each user’s recap. It did not describe a gameplay editor.
Streamlabs’ separate Replay, Replay Buffer, and Cross Clip tools handle footage capture or editing. Those tools are different from the Clipped recap.
What the 2023 recap included
Reporting period and qualifying streams
Streamlabs said Clipped 2023 covered activity from January 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023. That is an eleven-month coverage window, not a full calendar year. Streams had to run for at least 30 minutes to count. Streamlabs said the threshold was intended to exclude restarted or errored streams.

Stats and category badges
The recap showed user stats and could include a top-streamer badge for a category, based on performance over the year. Streamlabs described monthly top-performer badges as something it was considering, not as a feature it had released.
Why totals might differ from another recap
Streamlabs said it did not import data from external platforms. Activity that was not streamed using Streamlabs tools could therefore be missing, and totals could differ from a platform’s own recap because the data sources or date ranges were not the same. As Streamlabs’ FAQ put it, “We are also not importing any external platform data for Clipped.”

How to view Streamlabs Clipped
The 2023 FAQ directed users to the access link on its page to view an individualized recap. That instruction is historical: it does not establish that the link still works or that a current edition is available. The FAQ does not give a confirmed workflow for a 2026 recap.
If you could not find your 2023 recap
- Check the eligibility conditions. Streamlabs said users who had not been active for a while or had opted out of stats emails were excluded from the stats pull and email lists.
- Check the date and duration rules. The recap covered January 1 through November 30, 2023, and counted streams that ran at least 30 minutes.
- Remember the data-source limit. The recap did not include external-platform data, so it might not match another service’s totals.
For the 2023 edition, Streamlabs’ FAQ pointed users to Settings > Account Settings > General > Enable Stats Emails for the stats-email setting. Treat that as a historical path, not a verified description of the current settings interface.

If you meant a Streamlabs tool for making clips
Choose the tool based on whether you want a recap, a saved portion of a stream, gameplay highlights, or vertical edits:
- Replay Buffer: Captures a configured recent section of a stream in Streamlabs Desktop. Streamlabs’ guide describes enabling it under Settings > Output, setting a buffer length, and assigning a hotkey to save or show a replay. Longer buffers use more memory; the guide’s example uses 20 seconds, and another Streamlabs guide gives a maximum of up to two minutes.
- Replay: A separate gameplay capture and editing tool. Streamlabs describes automatic recording for supported games, importing clips or recording selected windows and audio/video, manual 15-second clipping with a hotkey, and editing options such as trimming, rearranging, subtitles, layouts, and music. It can export to a computer, YouTube, Discord, or a phone. Streamlabs says it is free and supported on Windows; its supported-game list can change.
- Cross Clip: Reformats existing footage, including Twitch clips and YouTube videos, for vertical destinations such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Streamlabs’ getting-started page identifies the dashboard’s Clip Editor as Cross Clip.
These tools are for working with footage; they do not turn the 2023 Clipped recap into a clip editor.
