To stop future Browse AI charges, sign in to the account with billing access, open Billing, choose Cancel Subscription, select a reason, then choose Cancel Subscription Renewal. Browse AI says paid access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancel your Browse AI subscription renewal
- Sign in to the Browse AI account that owns the subscription.
- Open Billing from the dashboard or account navigation.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose one of the listed cancellation reasons. Browse AI requires a reason to continue.
- In the cancellation dialog, select Cancel Subscription Renewal.
- Read the confirmation message, including the remaining credits and their expiration date. Save a copy of the confirmation for your records.
These steps follow Browse AI’s subscription management guide. The control labels or layout may change.
What happens after you cancel
Cancellation stops renewal; it does not immediately end paid access. Browse AI says the subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends. Its guide says robots, task history, and integrations are saved, and you can resubscribe later to pick up where you left off. Check the confirmation for the expiration date of any remaining credits rather than assuming they remain available indefinitely.
If you cannot see Billing or find the account
Check your workspace role
Browse AI’s subscription guide says Admins and Owners can see and manage plans, while its separate workspace permissions guide says only Owners manage billing in paid workspaces. Because the guides differ, sign in as the Owner or the account role that actually has access to Billing. If the control is still missing, contact Browse AI support.

Locate the account associated with the charge
Search your inbox and spam or junk folders for the welcome email with the subject “You made our day.” The email address that received it can help identify the linked account. If you still cannot find the subscription, Browse AI’s help article asks you to provide support with the account owner’s full name, email or domain, last four card digits and expiration date, payment method, subscription start date, and last payment date. Share payment details only through Browse AI’s official support channel.
Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion are separate
Cancellation stops renewal; it does not itself issue a refund
Refunds require a separate request and are conditional under Browse AI’s refund policy. The policy says a subscription that renewed once or twice during the last 60 days may qualify for a full refund if no credits have been used since renewal. A new annual subscription may qualify within 30 days, or a new monthly subscription within 14 days, if the software did not work and support could not resolve the issue. These are Browse AI’s stated policy windows, not guaranteed outcomes.
If you want to seek a refund, cancel through the dashboard to prevent future charges, then email support from the address used to sign up. Browse AI says refund requests are handled manually, usually receive a response within 2–3 business days, and may take 5–10 business days to reach your bank after processing. It reserves the right to decline or prorate a request if it finds extensive successful credit use and suspected policy abuse.
Deleting your account does not cancel billing
Browse AI states that deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. Cancel the subscription first. For paid users, account deletion must be requested through support; the account deletion guide directs users to the message bubble on the Browse AI website and says paid-user deletion requests are processed within 1–2 business days. Export important data and save robot configurations before requesting deletion.
