You can use a website monitor such as Hexowatch to alert you when a public Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) page changes. First verify the board’s current official website through the Railway Recruitment Control Board directory, then monitor the page for notice wording, visible text, a result-list element, or a visual change. An alert is only a prompt to check the official notice: it does not confirm your result, guarantee timely delivery, or replace a candidate login.
Find and verify the right RRB page
Start with the Railway Recruitment Control Board’s directory of RRB websites. Open the relevant board from that directory and confirm that its current address is official before adding a monitor. Board sites and result links can change: RRB Bhubaneswar says its old website will no longer receive updates, and RRB Ajmer has reported a move to a unified new RRB site. Recheck the directory rather than relying on an old bookmark or a link circulating on social media.
Look for the board’s results, notices, or recruitment page for the relevant recruitment notice number. For example, RRB Bhubaneswar’s results page lists dated result and cut-off updates under notice numbers. Monitoring the specific public page that carries the update is more useful than monitoring a generic homepage, if the board makes that page available.
RRB Bhubaneswar warns candidates to use official RRB websites and beware of fake sites. Treat any alert as a reason to navigate to the official board domain yourself, not as proof that an email or message containing a result link is genuine.

Choose what Hexowatch should watch
Hexowatch describes 13 monitoring types. For a public RRB result or notice page, the useful choices depend on how the information appears and what change you want to catch:
| Monitoring signal | When it may fit | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Keyword | You want to know when a phrase appears or disappears, such as a notice number or result-related wording. | Use wording that is likely to appear in the official notice, and check the page to ensure the term is not already present in unrelated content. |
| Content | You want changes to visible page text, such as a new dated result listing. | Confirm that the relevant text is visible to the monitor and not hidden behind a login or loaded in a way the monitor cannot read. |
| HTML element | The results page has a distinct list, table, or field that can be selected. | Choose the element containing the updates, not a surrounding area that changes whenever the page layout changes. |
| Visual | You want an alert when the rendered appearance of the page changes. | Unrelated layout, banner, or styling changes can also trigger a visual change. |
Hexowatch’s advanced-monitoring information describes keyword monitoring for the presence or absence of terms, content monitoring for visible text, and HTML element monitoring for a selected field. Its listed monitoring types also include technology, source code, availability, sitemap, API, backlink, and RSS monitoring; those are not automatically a better fit for a public results list.
Rank #2
Do not assume that every PDF, dynamically loaded result, login-protected portal, or migrated page will be detected correctly. If the result is only available after signing in, a public-page monitor may detect a general announcement but cannot stand in for the candidate portal.
Set up a monitor and verify alerts
Hexowatch’s automatic-monitoring instructions describe entering a URL, choosing a check frequency and notification channels, and starting the monitor. Exact labels and available options can change, so follow the current interface and plan terms.
Rank #3
- Copy the URL of the relevant public page from the RRB site you verified through the official directory.
- In Hexowatch, enter that URL and select the monitoring type that matches the signal you want: keyword, visible content, HTML element, or visual change.
- Set the check frequency and notification channel offered for your account. Choose them according to how often you need checks and the plan’s actual allowances.
- Start the monitor. When an alert arrives, open the official board page directly and read the dated notice, result, or score-card instructions.
- If the notice directs candidates to a login, sign in through the official board site and check your own result there.
A shorter interval may increase how often a page is checked, but the available information does not establish that any interval guarantees prompt detection or delivery. Allowance, page behavior, and the board’s own publication process all matter.
Understand the limits of page alerts
- An alert is not a result: a changed page can reflect a cut-off, corrigendum, or unrelated update. Read the official notice and confirm the recruitment number and date.
- A public notice is not candidate-specific: official board documents explain that individual results or score cards may require login, and advise candidates to visit the official RRB site regularly.
- Delivery is not guaranteed: a monitoring service is not an official Railway Ministry alert channel. Keep checking the official board source, especially around expected publication dates.
- Site changes can break monitoring: if an RRB migrates its site or alters the page structure, revisit the official directory and update the monitored URL or selected element.
Plan and cost considerations
Hexowatch pricing information surfaced for this article listed the following annual-billing terms. These are vendor-listed figures from a search result crawled roughly three months before October 3, 2026, not a guarantee of current pricing; check the live pricing page before choosing a plan.
| Plan | Displayed price | Displayed checks per month | Displayed maximum frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $24.17/month billed annually ($290 at purchase) | 4,500 | 15 minutes |
| Business | $45.83/month billed annually ($550 at purchase) | 10,000 | 5 minutes |
| Business+ | $99/month billed annually ($999 at purchase) | 25,000 | Not stated in the cited listing |
| Enterprise | Custom | Not stated in the cited listing | Not stated in the cited listing |
The listing also mentioned an optional residential-proxy credit add-on. For a small number of public result pages, compare the actual check quota, fastest available interval, monitoring mode, and alert route against your needs rather than selecting a plan on frequency alone.

ScreenshotNeo is a screenshot API and MCP server for developers, not a page-change alert service. If your workflow needs a rendered capture of an RRB page, one GET request can return an image or PDF. For example, save a WebP capture of an official results page with cURL:

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://rrbbbs.gov.in/ -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. It accepts cookie or consent banners and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; each of those steps can be turned off. Bot checks and CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers report the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf for AI agents. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a Hexowatch alert tell me whether I passed?
No. It can flag a page change; check the official notice and, when needed, your candidate login for your individual result.
Can I monitor an RRB result that appears only after login?
A public-page monitor cannot substitute for access to a login-protected candidate result. Use the official board portal for the score card or individual result.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?

Does ScreenshotNeo send result-page change alerts?
No. ScreenshotNeo returns page screenshots or PDFs; it is not a change-monitoring or official RRB alert service.
