शुरू करने से पहले क्या चाहिए?
- YouTube channel verified हो और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live streaming restriction न लगी हो। पहली बार live streaming सक्षम करने में 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं। YouTube की live streaming eligibility और encoder से stream बनाने की प्रक्रिया देखें।
- ऐसा encoder या playback setup चाहिए जो रिकॉर्ड की गई कक्षाओं को सतत live feed के रूप में भेजे। YouTube किसी खास playlist application या स्थानीय 24/7 संयोजन की गारंटी नहीं देता, इसलिए अपनी वास्तविक फाइलों के साथ परीक्षण जरूरी है।
- स्थिर upload connection रखें। YouTube stream के संयुक्त bitrate से कम-से-कम 20% अतिरिक्त upload headroom की सलाह देता है; network disruption stream तोड़ सकता है। YouTube streaming tips देखें।
- हर lesson, संगीत, slide, clip और दूसरे शिक्षक या संस्थान की सामग्री प्रसारित करने की अनुमति आपके पास हो।
YouTube Live पर recorded lessons लगातार चलाने की प्रक्रिया
1. Live streaming सक्षम करें
YouTube Studio में live streaming की eligibility पूरी करें। यदि channel पहली बार इसे सक्षम कर रहा है, तो प्रसारण शुरू करने से पहले संभावित 24 घंटे की प्रतीक्षा को योजना में शामिल करें। पात्रता और प्रतिबंधों की जानकारी YouTube Help में है।
2. Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं
YouTube Studio खोलकर Live Control Room में जाएं और encoder stream बनाएं या उपयुक्त मौजूदा stream settings का उपयोग करें। YouTube encoder workflow को उन productions के लिए बताता है जिन्हें software या hardware controls चाहिए। उपलब्ध stream settings के लिए Manage live stream settings देखें।
3. Server URL और stream key encoder में डालें
Live Control Room से server URL और stream key कॉपी करके encoder की streaming settings में दर्ज करें। Stream key को पासवर्ड की तरह सुरक्षित रखें: इसके जरिए encoder आपके channel पर feed भेज सकता है। समर्थित configurations में auto-start और auto-stop settings उपलब्ध हैं। YouTube की stream settings guide देखें।

4. Recorded classes को सतत feed बनाएं
अपनी अनुमति-प्राप्त recordings को चुने हुए player और encoder के माध्यम से क्रम में चलाएं। आपका चुना हुआ संयोजन files के बीच रुकावट, audio/video sync और दोहराव को कैसे संभालता है, यह पहले जांचें। YouTube की उपलब्ध guidance किसी खास playlist app या स्थानीय 24/7 playback व्यवस्था को प्रमाणित नहीं करती।
5. प्रसारण से पहले preview और watch page जांचें

6. Upload bandwidth में headroom रखें
संयुक्त stream bitrate के ऊपर कम-से-कम 20% upload headroom रखें। केवल speed-test की एक अच्छी reading पर निर्भर न रहें: लंबे प्रसारण में connection की स्थिरता भी मायने रखती है। Network बाधा feed को तोड़ सकती है। YouTube की network और streaming सलाह देखें।
7. Archive की अवधि पहले तय करें
YouTube के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम की streams अपने-आप archive होती हैं। 12 घंटे से लंबे प्रसारण के लिए उपलब्ध encoder guide पूर्ण replay archive की गारंटी नहीं देती। यदि पूरी replay सुरक्षित रखना जरूरी है, तो छोटे, नियोजित sessions पर विचार करें। YouTube की archive guidance देखें।

प्रसारण के अधिकार जांचें
YouTube कहता है कि livestream सामग्री को Community Guidelines और Terms of Service का पालन करना चाहिए। Livestream terms के अनुसार, live content के लिए जरूरी अधिकार आपके पास होने चाहिए और लागू कानूनों व नियमों का पालन होना चाहिए। इसमें lesson recording के अलावा संगीत, slides, clips और किसी अन्य teacher या संस्था की सामग्री भी शामिल है। YouTube की शर्तें कहती हैं: “You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for the exploitation of the Live Content on the Google Services throughout the world, including, without limitation, music licensing rights from artists, record labels, publishers (including public performance licenses) and any other royalty participants.” यह guidance किसी खास exam-prep recording के अधिकार तय नहीं करती और India-specific कानूनी सलाह नहीं है। YouTube Livestream terms and conditions देखें।
Recorded library दोहराना monetization की गारंटी नहीं
YouTube की monetization policy livestreams पर भी लागू होती है। Monetized content से original और authentic होने की अपेक्षा है; mass-produced, generic, repetitive या manipulative content monetization के लिए अयोग्य हो सकता है। Policy में 15 जुलाई 2025 का clarification “repetitious content” का नाम बदलकर “inauthentic content” करता है। केवल recordings को बार-बार चलाना eligibility साबित नहीं करता—अपनी मौलिक teaching value स्पष्ट रखें और channel को मौजूदा policy के अनुसार जांचें। YouTube channel monetization policies पढ़ें।
समस्या आए तो क्या जांचें?
- Live streaming अभी चालू नहीं है: verification और पिछले 90 दिनों के live restriction की स्थिति जांचें। पहली बार enable करने पर 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं। Eligibility details देखें।
- Encoder feed नहीं भेज रहा: Live Control Room में चुना गया server URL और stream key encoder में सही दर्ज हैं या नहीं जांचें। Key को सुरक्षित रखें और जरूरत पर YouTube के live streaming error messages देखें।
- Feed रुकती या टूटती है: upload connection की स्थिरता जांचें और संयुक्त bitrate से ऊपर 20% headroom रखें। YouTube के अनुसार network disruption stream तोड़ सकता है। Streaming tips देखें।
- दर्शकों को audio या video समस्या दिखती है: Live Control Room preview और mobile watch page दोनों जांचें, और प्रसारण के दौरान audio तथा video monitor करें। YouTube live streaming tips देखें।
- लंबी stream का replay अधूरा या अनुपलब्ध है: 12 घंटे से कम stream ही अपने-आप archive होने की बताई गई है; लंबे प्रसारण के लिए पूर्ण archive का भरोसा न मानें। Replay महत्वपूर्ण हो तो छोटे sessions बनाएं। Archive behavior देखें।
स्थानीय setup का खर्च और बिजली
स्थानीय व्यवस्था में stream चलाने के दौरान कंप्यूटर, encoder, बिजली और internet उपलब्ध रहने चाहिए; कुल लागत आपके मौजूदा उपकरण और connection पर निर्भर होगी। कंप्यूटर और router के लिए UPS एक विकल्प है, लेकिन यह YouTube की शर्त नहीं है और internet-provider outage नहीं रोकता। यह केवल power interruption के जोखिम को घटाने का व्यावहारिक उपाय है।
