Sign in to the seller portal with an account authorized to view the dashboard, open the page you need, and use your device’s built-in screenshot controls. On Windows, press Windows key + Shift + S; on a Mac, press Shift-Command-5. Capture only the useful area, then check the saved image for customer, seller, financial, or account details before sharing it.
Before you capture the dashboard
Use the marketplace’s official seller portal and an account you are permitted to access. Amazon describes Seller Central as the website where sellers sign in to manage activity such as listings, inventory, pricing, buyer communication, account health, and support. Flipkart describes seller learning resources and support available through its dashboard. Their interfaces differ; the steps below are ordinary device screenshots, not a special capture mode built into either marketplace.
- Sign in through the official seller portal.
- Open the exact dashboard page, chart, or panel you need.
- Wait for figures and charts to finish loading. Close menus or notifications that cover the relevant information.
- Frame only what the recipient needs, while leaving enough context to identify the panel.

Take a screenshot on a computer
Windows
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool capture. Choose a rectangular or window snip when available and select the part of the dashboard you need. Open the resulting capture in Snipping Tool to review, edit, and save it. Mac
Press Shift-Command-5 to show Screenshot controls. Choose to capture a window or a selected portion, then take the screenshot. Apple’s instructions for Mac screenshot controls are at Take a screenshot on your Mac.
Take a screenshot on a phone or tablet
Android
On supported devices, press Power + Volume Down together. On Android 12 or later, scrolling capture is available on most screens that allow scrolling, but the exact controls vary by handset. See Google’s steps: Take a screenshot or record your screen on your Android device.

iPhone or iPad
On Face ID devices, press the side button and volume-up button together. On models with a Home button, use Home plus the side or top button. Apple lists device-specific steps at Take a screenshot on your iPhone or iPad.
Review and protect information in the image
A screenshot is a copy of everything visible in the selected area. Before sending or publishing it, inspect the image at full size for seller or customer names, addresses, phone numbers, order IDs, payout or bank details, email addresses, browser tabs, and security notifications. Crop or redact information that the purpose does not require, and share the image through an appropriate channel.

If screenshots are blocked
A managed browser, work device, or marketplace policy may prevent screen capture. Do not try to defeat the restriction. Ask the responsible account administrator or marketplace support how to document the issue through an approved method. Chrome Enterprise Premium documents screenshot-prevention controls for managed users and browsers: Chrome Enterprise screenshot restrictions. Amazon and Flipkart provide seller support paths, but their materials do not establish a universal exception permitting screenshots.
