In Microsoft Edge on Windows 11, open the webpage and press Ctrl+Shift+S. In the Screenshot tool, choose Capture full page if it appears, then use Edge’s controls to save or copy the capture. Microsoft currently calls the feature Screenshot; older versions and instructions may call it Web Capture.
Capture an entire webpage in Edge

Open the page in Microsoft Edge and wait for the content you want to include to load.

Press Ctrl+Shift+S. Alternatively, open Settings and more (the three-dot menu) and select Screenshot. The context menu is another documented way to open the feature.

In the Screenshot interface, select Capture full page if it is available. Dated Microsoft community instructions describe this as the scrolling-page capture option; its availability and exact interface can vary by Edge version.

Use the controls Edge presents to save or copy the result. The exact save options may vary, so check the interface rather than assuming a particular file format or save location.
Microsoft confirms that Screenshot was formerly called Web Capture and documents its entry points, but its policy documentation is not a current step-by-step guide to the full-page button sequence. The latter is corroborated by Microsoft Q&A community instructions: Microsoft’s WebCaptureEnabled policy documentation and Microsoft Q&A.

If “Capture full page” or Screenshot is missing

Check the name: look for Screenshot, not just Web Capture. Web Capture is the former name.

Try the other entry points: press Ctrl+Shift+S, check Settings and more > Screenshot, or open the context menu.

Check whether the device is managed: on a work or school computer, an administrator can control access with the WebCaptureEnabled policy. If the policy disables the feature, you may not be able to open it; ask your organization’s administrator.

Allow for version differences: community reports describe different labels and missing options. The full-page sequence is not guaranteed to appear identically on every Edge build or every page.

Edge Screenshot versus Windows Snipping Tool
Use Edge Screenshot when you want one capture of a long, scrolling webpage. Windows 11’s Snipping Tool is for what is visible on screen: Microsoft documents freeform, rectangular, window, and full-screen captures, but its cited instructions do not describe scrolling webpage capture.
Press Windows logo key + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool capture overlay, or press PrtSc for a static snapshot of the entire screen. These are screen-capture options, not substitutes for Edge’s full-page webpage capture. See Microsoft’s Snipping Tool instructions.

When printing is a better fit
If you need a printable document rather than an image of the page as displayed, press Ctrl+P in Edge to open Print. Immersive Reader can provide a less cluttered printing experience on websites where it is available, but it is not supported on every site. Printing creates a document workflow, not necessarily an image matching the webpage’s rendered appearance. See Microsoft’s Immersive Reader guidance.
