In Microsoft Edge, open the webpage, press Ctrl+Shift+S, then choose Capture full page. Review the result and use the Screenshot interface’s save or copy control. Microsoft’s documented workflow has no sign-in step and captures content beyond the visible screen.
Capture the entire webpage in Edge
- Open the page you want to capture in Microsoft Edge.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+S. Microsoft documents this as the shortcut for Edge’s Screenshot tool.
- Select Capture full page.
- Review the capture, then use the available save or copy control to keep it.
Microsoft describes Screenshot (formerly called Web Capture) as a built-in Edge feature. The published steps do not ask you to sign in or install a separate screenshot product. That describes the documented workflow, not a guarantee that every customized, managed, or platform-specific Edge installation exposes the same control. If Capture full page is missing
- Open the page in Edge and check the browser’s Screenshot or Web Capture control as well as the documented shortcut.
- If this is a work or school browser, its administrator may have disabled the feature. Microsoft documents the
WebCaptureEnabledpolicy, now associated with Screenshot and formerly named Web Capture. Ask the administrator whether the policy is enabled. Microsoft Edge policy documentation. - If the shortcut does not work, the cited Microsoft instructions do not establish alternate shortcuts for every platform or configuration. Check Edge’s current help or your organization’s browser settings rather than assuming the feature is available in that installation.
Choose a different route only if you need a different result

A screenshot captures what the browser can display; it does not grant access to content behind a website login or paywall. Microsoft’s cited instructions do not specify behavior for dynamic or lazy-loaded content, exceptionally long pages, or page-specific rendering limitations.
