1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFor a finite scheduled replay, compare the exact plan limits: Restream documents up to 10 loops and a 40-hour maximum per looped event, while LiveReacting says a video can loop up to the maximum runtime of the selected plan. For a stream intended to run continuously, LiveReacting offers a separate 24/7 product; Restream’s documented 40-hour looped event is not an unlimited broadcast. Neither service can guarantee viewers, monetization, or YouTube policy approval.

| Question | Restream | LiveReacting |
|---|---|---|
| Loop limit | Up to 10 repetitions for a looped event. Restream Help Center | One video can loop up to the maximum stream duration allowed by the selected plan. LiveReacting prerecorded streaming |
| Maximum continuous duration established here | 40 hours per looped event, according to Restream’s help article dated March 11, 2026. | Plan-dependent; LiveReacting also lists a distinct 24/7 product. Check the selected plan’s current duration and concurrent-stream allowance. |
| Plan access | Prerecorded streaming is available to all Restream users, but looping requires the Marathon or Media add-on. Restream scheduling guide | Looping and playlist features are described on its prerecorded-streaming product page; duration and other limits vary by plan. |
| Playlist looping | The loop feature does not loop playlists. Restream suggests duplicating videos in a playlist as a workaround. | LiveReacting describes looping playlists as well as individual videos. |
| Best fit | A scheduled replay of limited duration when the required add-on’s limits fit. | A playlist-based replay or a stream requiring a separately offered 24/7 plan, subject to verifying its current terms. |
How the services work for prerecorded YouTube Live
Restream
Restream’s workflow is to upload a video or use a stream recording, connect the destination, then schedule or start the broadcast. The video is sent from Restream’s servers, so your computer does not need to remain online after setup. A scheduled event begins at its selected time even if you are offline. Some destinations can still require a manual start on the destination itself; check the controls for the channel you are connecting. Restream scheduling guide
For looping specifically, Restream says a video can repeat up to 10 times and the total event can run for up to 40 hours. All repetitions appear as one event, not separate live events. Playlists are not looped by this feature; duplicating entries is the documented workaround. Restream loop guide
Restream lists looping under its Marathon and Media add-ons, not as a feature included with every account’s prerecorded streaming. The event guide lists Premier at $39/month with a two-hour video library and 1080p, Marathon at $79/month with a four-hour library and 1080p, and Media at $239/month with a 12-hour library and 4K. These are figures published on Restream’s event page as observed October 3, 2026, not guaranteed checkout prices; confirm current price, availability, and entitlement before subscribing. LiveReacting prerecorded streaming
Its loop duration depends on the maximum stream length allowed by the selected plan. LiveReacting also offers a separate 24/7 streaming product. Check YouTube readiness, rights, and monetization before scheduling
Confirm the channel can go live
YouTube’s current livestream setup guidance says a channel must be verified and must not have livestreaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. A subscription to a streaming service does not remove YouTube eligibility restrictions. Review YouTube’s live streaming setup guidance before planning an event.

Clear rights for everything in the recording
YouTube requires live content to comply with its Community Guidelines, and creators are responsible for having the necessary rights, including music rights. Owning the video file alone does not establish permission to broadcast music, performances, or other third-party material it contains. Read YouTube’s Terms of Service and confirm rights for the complete recording.
Do not assume repetition preserves monetization
YouTube applies its monetization policies to live streams. Its policy says monetized content should be original and authentic; repetitive or mass-produced content may be ineligible. A July 15, 2025 notice clarified that this category is called “inauthentic content” and covers repetitive or mass-produced material. Looping software changes the delivery workflow, not the channel review or originality rules. YouTube does not establish a universal blanket rule in the cited guidance that every prerecorded live event must be labeled as prerecorded; check current destination guidance and be transparent with viewers where appropriate. What to verify before paying
- Runtime: Compare the full scheduled event length, not just the source video duration. For Restream, account for the 40-hour looped-event cap and 10-repeat cap. For LiveReacting, confirm the chosen plan’s maximum duration and what its 24/7 option covers.
- Loop and playlist behavior: If you need a playlist to repeat, confirm the exact behavior. Restream’s documented loop feature applies to a video, while LiveReacting describes playlist looping.
- Library and file limits: Check allowed file size, total stored duration, storage, and resolution against your actual uploads; those limits differ by plan and may change.
- Concurrency: If you need multiple streams running at once, verify the selected plan’s allowance. LiveReacting lists one concurrent stream for its 24/7 plan in the pricing details accessed October 3, 2026.
- Destination controls: Verify that the service supports the exact YouTube channel and any other destinations you plan to use, including whether any destination requires a manual start.
- Current price and renewal terms: Compare the plan that actually includes the required loop or 24/7 capability, rather than the lowest advertised entry plan. Recheck the provider’s checkout and cancellation terms.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The first day is free with no card, and the monthly option is $9.99 per month. Visit StreamNeo to start the free first day.
