For a continuous pre-recorded YouTube loop with playlists, Gyre’s published plans make the better-defined fit—but the playlist and scheduling features appear on Start+ and PRO+, not its $49 Start plan. OneStream Live is more compelling when you need advance scheduling or multistreaming, but its published pages conflict on the price and plan required for 24-hour streaming. For a simpler cloud-based YouTube loop, StreamNeo is another option: it keeps an uploaded video or playlist running without leaving a computer on.
Which service should you choose?
- Choose Gyre if you want a cloud-hosted continuous loop and need playlists or scheduling. Its pricing page lists those features on Start+ and PRO+; they are not shown on Start.
- Consider OneStream Live if advance scheduling or sending streams to several destinations is central to your workflow. Its help page describes pre-recorded broadcasts scheduled up to 60 days ahead and playlist sequencing.
- Check OneStream’s 24-hour terms before paying. Its help article says the YouTube-only feature requires Enterprise, while its pricing page advertises a $30/month 24-hour-stream add-on. Those pages do not establish whether the add-on is available on other plans or charged in addition to a subscription.
- Consider StreamNeo if your goal is specifically to keep uploaded videos looping on YouTube from the cloud, with one flat price per slot for any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps and a free first day.
This comparison reflects vendor-published features and prices, not hands-on testing. Plan details and prices can change; check the provider’s current terms and checkout before subscribing.

What OneStream Live offers for pre-recorded streams
OneStream Live describes a cloud workflow for scheduling pre-recorded broadcasts, sequencing videos in playlists, and streaming to multiple destinations. Its help article says broadcasts can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance and describes continuous looping for YouTube. See OneStream Live’s guide to ways to go live.
The 24-hour feature needs clarification
OneStream’s 24/7 streaming help page says the feature is YouTube-only, requires Enterprise, and allows a stream to run for up to 30 days. Its pricing page separately advertises a $30/month 24-hour-stream add-on. Because those published details conflict on access and billing, ask OneStream whether the add-on is available for your plan and whether it is additional to the subscription price.

Do you need a computer or encoder?
Neither service’s described cloud upload-and-schedule workflow establishes a dedicated local computer or encoder as necessary to keep the stream running. YouTube documents encoder-based streaming as a separate way to create a live stream; that does not make an encoder a requirement for these cloud workflows. See YouTube’s encoder streaming guide.
Or let it run in the cloud
StreamNeo is a YouTube-only cloud service for looping uploaded videos or playlists. Upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The stream keeps running from the cloud, so your computer and home connection do not have to stay on.
