Cornerstone Network has assigned a head of network relationships and a relationship manager to each of two regions: the North and the South. The network says the reshuffle is intended to give firms clearer regional contacts and more focused support.
Who are the regional contacts?

The reorganisation establishes a named lead and supporting relationship manager for each region. Cornerstone says this is intended to make points of contact clearer and provide more focused support to firms. The announcement does not report service-level measures or results, so it does not establish that service or adviser growth has already improved.
What is known about the appointments?
Wayne Donovan recently became the South’s relationship manager after previously working as a head office mortgage adviser, according to Mortgage Solutions. The report does not give further appointment histories for the other three contacts.

How Cornerstone describes the aim
Haydn Thomas, CEO of Cornerstone Group, said the updated structure reflects a commitment to strengthening relationships across the network and helping firms achieve their goals. He also said the group aims to empower mortgage and protection advisers to grow their businesses as the network grows.
Cornerstone Network is part of Cornerstone Finance Group. The report lists the group’s areas as commercial finance, mortgages, commercial insurance, wealth and protection.
