His stated aim is to help HObbit win another trophy, but dastan says the lineup’s future depends on results and he cannot predict how long it will stay together.
Why did PARIVISION bring HObbit back?
In an interview published by HLTV on October 3, 2026, coach Dastan Akbayev said the previous roster, which included slaxejezzz, did not feel like a cohesive team. “With the team with slaxejezzz, I didn’t feel that we have team chemistry. I don’t feel that we are one team,” he said.
Dastan’s explanation for adding HObbit was that the veteran’s experience could help PARIVISION focus on results rather than teaching a player how to operate at this level: “when we bring HObbit, his experience, we don’t need to teach him, and now it’s time to perform.” That is the coach’s rationale, not proof that the change will produce better results.
What does dastan want HObbit to achieve?
Dastan framed the signing partly as an opportunity to pursue another title with HObbit. “I try to play with HObbit to bring one more trophy for him because he’s already not young, and I hope he can show that he can perform at the old age,” he told HLTV. The comment describes dastan’s goal and confidence in the player; it does not guarantee a trophy.

How is the roster meant to balance experience and development?
Dastan characterized the lineup as “three old school guys and two younger” players. He identified xiELO as having important responsibilities and said xiELO needs to perform better. He also said xiELO and FL1T need to understand how their responsibilities fit together. In his account, the roster depends not only on veteran experience but also on younger players delivering and on the pieces working as a unit.
What does the team need to improve?
Dastan said HObbit and FL1T need to regain form and adapt their strafing and shooting. He also described a difference between map generations: in his view, older maps suit the experienced players better, while the team has some issues with how it approaches newer maps. These are the coach’s assessments of the team’s needs, rather than independently measured comparisons.

How long will this lineup stay together?
Dastan did not promise a long-term roster. “I can’t say from which time, for which time we will play together,” he said, adding that future decisions would follow results. The interview therefore presents the lineup as a current effort whose duration remains unsettled.
