Anker’s Prime 14-in-1 Dual Display 160W docking station was reported at $169.99 on Amazon on October 2, 2026, $100 below its stated $269.99 list price. That is a dated deal, not a guarantee of today’s price. Check the Amazon listing, seller, and stock before buying. The report called it a best-ever price, but TechRadar had described the same price in August as within a few dollars of the all-time low, so an absolute “lowest-ever” claim is not independently established.

What the Amazon deal means

AOB News reported the $169.99 Amazon price on October 2, 2026, describing it as $100 off the $269.99 list price. TechRadar reported the same price on August 25, 2026, calling the reduction 37% and saying it was within a few dollars of the all-time low. Because the deal report’s linked price tracker was not independently checked, treat “lowest-ever” as the report’s characterization rather than a verified historical record. AOB News · TechRadar

Amazon’s US Prime Big Deal Days 2026 are scheduled for October 6–7. Amazon says product pages can show up to 365 days of price history, which may help you assess the listing; the event announcement does not establish the dock’s current price or a lifetime low. Amazon’s event announcement

Anker Prime Docking Station, 14-in-1 Laptop Docking Station Dual Monitor
  • 14-in-1 Connectivity: Bring together all your devices with a 14-in-1 solution, perfect for charging, transferring data quickly, and managing dual displays.
  • Ultra-Fast Docking Station: Deliver a powerful charge with 160W of total output, capable of charging up to four devices simultaneously through three USB-C ports at 100W max each and one USB-A port at 12W max.
  • Master Your Data Flow with 11 Ports: Efficiently manage data across multiple devices with versatile ports offering speeds up to 10Gbps, complemented by dual 4K display and audio options.
  • Dual Display: Connect to the dual HDMI ports to enjoy crystal-clear streaming or mirroring across 2 displays at up to 2K@60Hz with a DP 1.4 laptop or 1080p@60Hz with a DP 1.2 laptop. Note: This product does not support a 5120*1440 monitor.
  • Compatibility: Supports USB-C, USB4, and Thunderbolt connections. Compatible with Windows 10 and 11, ChromeOS, and laptops that support DP Alt Mode and Power Delivery. Note: 1. For macOS, the displays on the both external monitors are identical. 2. This device is not compatible with Linux.

Pay attention to which USB-C ports do what: Anker says the downstream USB-C data ports do not provide charging or display output, while the dedicated IQ charging ports do not transfer data. The 160W figure is the dock’s total power budget, not a promise that every connected device receives 160W.

Check your laptop before relying on two external monitors

Anker’s port table lists both HDMI outputs as supporting 4K at 60Hz, but its usage guidance says achievable output resolution depends on the host’s DisplayPort version. The dock’s “dual display” description therefore does not mean every laptop can run two independent 4K screens through it.

  • ChromeOS: ChromeOS is listed among the supported operating systems; display capability still depends on the host.
  • Ultrawide screens: Anker says the dock does not support a 5120×1440 monitor.

The listed operating-system requirements are Windows 10 or 11, macOS 11 or later, and ChromeOS. Check Anker’s product notes and your laptop manufacturer’s display specifications for your particular setup.

Is it a good fit for your desk?

TechRadar’s review, which reports testing the dock, recommends considering it for laptop users who regularly connect two external monitors, want 10Gbps USB-C data, or charge several devices at one desk. Those are useful fit criteria, not a guarantee that a given laptop will support a preferred dual-monitor arrangement.
