Dividing $22 billion by $5.4 billion gives approximately 4.07, so “about four times” is a rounded comparison of the disclosed valuations. On September 10, 2026, Universal Music Group and ElevenLabs announced a multi-year licensing agreement and strategic collaboration. They said they would develop an AI music platform for fans as well as AI audio products for artists and songwriters.
