- Demandez un examen à Apple ou au vendeur. Décrivez précisément l’emplacement et montrez l’appareil. iGeneration rapporte qu’un lecteur a fait examiner son téléphone en Apple Store et qu’un responsable lui aurait proposé un échange. C’est un cas individuel rapporté, pas une promesse d’échange automatique.
