Visible’s published offer gives qualifying new members $5 off per month for 60 months on its monthly Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan. To qualify, you must port in a number from an eligible carrier, enter code 5OFF5, and activate service and complete the port within 30 days. Visible lists the offer as ending October 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST; check its official plans page before enrolling because availability and terms can change.
What the Visible $5-off offer includes
Visible’s offer terms list a $5 monthly discount for the first 60 months on two monthly plans. The prices below are the amounts shown by Visible, with taxes and fees included.

The discount itself is the same on either plan; the plan you select determines the underlying service and price. Visible’s plans page describes the offer as limited-time and says it ends October 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Confirm the current offer and plan details on Visible’s plans page when you sign up.
Which plan should you choose?
Choose between Visible+ and Visible+ Pro based on the plan features and regular price that suit your needs, not on the promotion: each qualifying plan receives the same $5 monthly reduction. Visible lists its current plan features on the plans page; compare those details with how you use your phone before choosing. The offer terms do not establish that either plan is the best value for every customer.

How to qualify and enroll
- Confirm that the offer is still available and review the current terms on Visible’s plans page.
- Check Visible’s promotions help page for the current list of eligible carriers. The carrier list can change, so make sure your current carrier qualifies before beginning a port.
- Select the monthly Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan and choose the option to port in your number from an eligible carrier.
- Enter promo code 5OFF5 at checkout.
- Activate your service and complete the number port within 30 days.
This is a new-member offer and requires a port-in. Annual plans are excluded. Visible’s terms also say the promotion cannot be combined with other service promotions, device promotions, or Inner Circle credits.
What happens if you cancel or change plans?
To receive all 60 monthly discounts, you must maintain service for 60 consecutive months. If you end service or move to a plan that is not eligible, you forfeit the remaining promotional benefit. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, applies to service charges, and Visible says it may change or end the promotion.

Moving between Visible+ and Visible+ Pro, both eligible plans, does not restart the 60-month clock. The $5 discount continues for the remainder of the original period. After the promotion ends, standard rates apply. The offer describes a discount on the plans’ charges; it does not guarantee that their underlying base prices will remain unchanged for five years.

The maximum arithmetic value is $300 if you receive all 60 monthly discounts ($5 × 60). That is not an upfront credit: you receive the discount month by month, and you must keep service for the full period to receive it all. Consider how long you expect to stay with Visible and whether you are comfortable with the port-in requirement. If you cancel or move to a non-eligible plan before the period ends, the remaining discounts are lost.
