Dyson Link has been rebranded and consolidated under the MyDyson™ app, Dyson’s current app for managing connected products and getting support. The app covers Dyson devices across several product categories, but older Dyson Link setup and troubleshooting instructions remain online. Dyson’s “24/7 support” refers to digital assistance unless a local Dyson page specifically confirms round-the-clock human-agent service.
What happened to the Dyson Link app?
Dyson now presents MyDyson as its app for managing products, using personalized features and accessing support. It is a broader app experience spanning beauty, oral care, air treatment, floorcare and audio, rather than a name change limited to one type of device.
The change is not a clean removal of every Dyson Link reference. Dyson’s support material still includes Link setup paths for older or previously connected machines. If you see “Dyson Link” in instructions for a legacy product, that does not necessarily mean the current app brand is still Dyson Link.
What can you do in MyDyson?
Available controls and features depend on the connected product, its software, the app and your region. Dyson describes features including:

What does “24/7 support” mean?
Dyson’s Singapore app page labels a feature “Tailored 24/7 support,” while Dyson US says, “Our Dyson Digital Assistant is available 24/7.” That supports a claim of continuous digital assistance, not a guarantee that a human adviser is available at every hour.

How to update from Dyson Link to MyDyson
- Open the iPhone App Store or Google Play on your phone.
- Search for MyDyson™ and select Dyson’s app listing.
- If Dyson Link is already installed, use the listing’s update option. Otherwise, install MyDyson and sign in with your My Dyson account.
- Open the app and follow its prompts to connect or manage your product. For an older machine, Dyson’s legacy support instructions may still refer to Dyson Link; follow the directions that match your model.
- Check the app and machine settings for software updates. Dyson’s legacy instructions tell users to sign in with a My Dyson account and enable automatic updates.
Dyson’s Google Play listing records an Android app update on September 4, 2026. That is the listing’s stated update date, not a promise that every device received a machine firmware update on that date.
