Why did Perot want the China consultancy?
Perot’s stated rationale was to combine BearingPoint’s local consulting strengths with Perot’s global delivery model and broaden its scope and capabilities in China. At the November 3, 2009 launch, Dell described Dell Services as covering hosting, consulting, applications, business-process outsourcing, managed services, and modular services.
