Samsung lists a 50MP rear camera for both the Galaxy M08 LTE and Galaxy F08 LTE, but that specification does not guarantee that every model or camera mode offers a 50MP capture setting.
What 50MP means on the Galaxy M08 and F08
Samsung India lists the Galaxy M08 LTE with 50.0MP and 2.0MP rear cameras, and the Galaxy F08 LTE with a 50MP and 2MP rear camera. These are hardware specifications; they do not confirm which resolution the Camera app uses in every mode. Samsung’s general camera guidance says available resolution can vary by phone model.
For the M08, Samsung also lists autofocus, no rear optical image stabilization (OIS), and digital zoom up to 10x. Those details are not established for the F08 by the cited product information, so do not assume they apply to both phones.
Check whether your Camera app offers 50MP
- Open Camera and inspect the resolution or aspect-ratio control shown on your phone. Samsung does not establish one universal menu path for these models.
- Select the highest-resolution option available when you want fine detail and have ample light. If 50MP is not offered, do not assume there is a hidden toggle or that another mode will save a 50MP image.
- Use Photo mode for straightforward shooting. Samsung says its camera adjusts shooting options automatically depending on the surroundings; mode names and availability may vary with the phone model and software version.
Samsung’s Galaxy M08 LTE specifications and Galaxy F08 LTE specifications confirm the rear-camera hardware. Its Galaxy camera-mode guidance cautions that resolution and available modes depend on the device.
#1 Best Overall
- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
- Successfully passed a full diagnostic test which ensures like-new functionality and removal of any prior-user personal information.
- Inspected and guaranteed to have minimal cosmetic damage, which is not noticeable when the device is held at arm's length.
- The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a charger and charging cable that may be generic.
- Fully Unlocked: Fully unlocked and compatible with any carrier of choice (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, US-Cellular, Cricket, Metro, etc.), both domestically and internationally.
Use light, stability, and focus to improve results
In bright conditions
Choose the high-resolution option if it appears, frame the subject without relying on heavy digital zoom, and hold the phone still as you take the picture. Tap the subject to focus if that control is available in your Camera app; the exact interface and behavior can differ by model and software.
In dim conditions
Try Night mode and keep the phone steady while it captures the scene. Samsung recommends steady handling for Night mode and notes that a tripod can help produce brighter, steadier results. A tripod is most useful for a static subject; movement in the scene can still affect the photo.

Steady handling is particularly sensible on the M08 because Samsung lists no rear-camera OIS. The cited F08 specifications confirm its camera resolution but do not establish its stabilization specification.
Samsung’s camera-mode guidance and UK camera-mode guide describe Night mode for low-light scenes and recommend keeping the device steady.

Use Pro controls only if your phone provides them
Samsung’s general guidance describes Pro controls such as ISO, shutter speed, exposure value, focus, and white balance, but it does not confirm that every control or Pro mode is available on both phones.
- Lower ISO is generally suited to bright or stationary subjects; increasing ISO can introduce more image noise.
- Shutter speed affects how much light is captured and how motion appears. A slower shutter can make movement blur more likely if the phone or subject moves.
- Focus, exposure, and white balance can be adjusted where those controls are exposed in the app, but there are no verified fixed settings that are best for every M08 or F08 scene.
Check the controls on your own phone rather than relying on a menu path or preset that may not exist in its software version.

Why zoom is not a detail setting
Samsung lists up to 10x digital zoom for the M08, but that figure does not show that zoom resolves more detail. When practical, move closer or reframe the shot instead of using high digital zoom. The cited F08 information does not establish an equivalent zoom specification.
