Ultrahuman says its HealthEx PowerPlug can bring medical records a user chooses to connect into the same timeline as data from an Ultrahuman Ring. The US rollout was announced on September 17, 2026, for Ring users, at a launch price of $4.99 per month or $45.99 per year. It is a wellness feature—not a guarantee that every record is found or a replacement for medical care.
What HealthEx PowerPlug does
HealthEx PowerPlug is an in-app paid service that retrieves selected records from care sites and places them alongside Ring measurements. Ultrahuman says the shared timeline can show diagnoses, medications, procedures and dated results together with measures such as resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), skin temperature and deep sleep. The idea is to give a user and their clinician more context when discussing health changes over time.
Ultrahuman CEO and founder Mohit Kumar described the intent this way: “Our partnership with HealthEx fundamentally changes that. It puts crucial health records in one place, and adds context to Ring measurements.” This is the company’s description of the product, not evidence of a clinical benefit.
How record access works—and what “full” means
According to Ultrahuman’s September 17, 2026 launch announcement, users verify their identity, select care sites and consent to access. The company says users can stop sharing at any time and that HealthEx reaches records nationwide through TEFCA. However, the announcement does not name participating providers, list supported record formats or guarantee that every record is available. “Full medical records” should therefore be understood as headline shorthand for the service’s intended retrieval, not a promise of a complete medical history.

The announcement says the service maps 532 conditions, medications and procedures. It does not publish the underlying code list or explain a completeness methodology; that number does not establish that records are complete or that every item is interpreted accurately.
What it may help you prepare for
Ultrahuman says the service may flag a possible missed check or lapsed follow-up as a question to raise at a future appointment. It can also generate a Visit Pack that brings together records, medications, wearable context and questions or tests to discuss with a doctor. Treat these as prompts for a clinician conversation: they do not establish that a test is due, diagnose a condition or provide medical advice.

HealthEx co-founder and CEO Priyanka Agarwal, M.D., MBA, said: “A medical record captures what happened at the visit, and Ultrahuman shows how the body responds every day after it.” That statement reflects the partner’s view of the product’s purpose, rather than independent validation.
Price, availability and Ring requirement
Ultrahuman announced the US rollout for Ring users on September 17, 2026, at $4.99 per month or $45.99 per year. These are launch-announcement prices and may change. The Ring is the required hardware context for the feature; the PowerPlug is a separate paid in-app service, not a subscription included with a Ring purchase. Ultrahuman described Ring PRO and Ring AIR in the announcement, but said Ring AIR was not available in the US at that time. Check current regional availability and compatibility before choosing a model.

The company describes HealthEx Wallet separately as free. That should not be confused with the paid HealthEx PowerPlug service.

These are distinct features. HealthEx PowerPlug retrieves selected records from care sites and connects them with Ring data. Vision Cloud is a report-upload feature: Ultrahuman’s product page describes blood-report uploads as available and MRI/CT support as planned future expansion. Uploading a report through Vision Cloud is not the mechanism described for retrieving records through HealthEx.

Ultrahuman and HealthEx say they do not sell member health data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. These are the companies’ stated policies, not an independently audited assurance. Ultrahuman’s broader privacy policy categorizes medical records and history, health conditions and biometric information as sensitive data and describes data retention and international storage or transfer practices. Read the applicable terms and privacy information before linking records.
Ultrahuman classifies the feature as general wellness and says it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Independent clinical validation, user outcomes and detailed network coverage are not established in the launch materials.
