How to redeem MYTEAM-TRAINING-HUB
- From NBA 2K27’s main menu, open MyTEAM.
- Choose Market, then Locker Codes. If your menu presents the code entry elsewhere, use the visible Locker Codes option; 2K’s general instructions also describe the MyTEAM Community Hub route.
- Enter MYTEAM-TRAINING-HUB with every hyphen, then submit it.
These steps follow the game-specific route in GamesRadar’s guide and the general rules in 2K Support’s locker-code instructions.
If the code fails or the pack is missing
- Check the characters: Include all hyphens and verify letters or numbers that are easy to confuse.
- Consider availability limits: 2K says codes may be unlimited, time-limited, or volume-limited. A code may stop working after its deadline or redemption cap is reached.
- Remember the console limit: 2K says a locker code can be redeemed only once per console.
- Look for an unopened pack: A successful redemption may add a pack to your inventory rather than award its contents immediately. Open the pack to receive what is inside.
- Restart and update: If the entry was accepted but the reward is not visible, restart NBA 2K27 and ensure the game is updated.
- Be cautious with connection errors: 2K warns that a timeout during redemption can consume a code without adding its content; support generally cannot compensate for an unsuccessful redemption.
These troubleshooting rules are from 2K Support’s guide, published June 4, 2025 and updated July 1, 2025.
