Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →StackCommerce lists EncryptPro Personal for Windows at $39.99 for lifetime access, and a BleepingComputer Deals page reports that the app encrypted a 10.6GB file in 35 seconds. That speed is a promotional claim—not a reproducible benchmark: the page does not identify the test PC, storage drive, file type, settings, or method. The offer describes file-and-folder encryption with Windows Explorer integration, but those product features and security statements are seller claims, not independent audit findings.
Can EncryptPro really encrypt a 10GB file in seconds?
BleepingComputer Deals reported on October 1, 2026, that “On a standard machine, EncryptPro encrypted a 10.6GB file in 35 seconds.” StackCommerce’s product listing repeats the result. Neither page specifies the hardware, drive, file contents, encryption settings, or test procedure, and the reviewed material contains no independent replication. Treat 35 seconds as an attributed promotional result, not a time you can expect on every Windows PC.
Actual encryption time can depend on the computer and storage involved, among other conditions. Because the listing omits test details, it is not possible to make a fair speed comparison or infer how long your own files will take.
What the $39.99 lifetime offer includes
The StackCommerce Support Store lists EncryptPro Personal Plan for Windows at $39.99, against a $139 suggested price. The page describes lifetime access and future updates; prices and availability may change. Its stated product and license terms are:

How the app says it handles files
The deal and product listings describe EncryptPro as a local file-and-folder encryption app using AES-256. They advertise Windows Explorer right-click access, encrypted folders that can be browsed, and streaming decryption that lets users open files in their usual applications. The offer also lists offline use, PGP connections, and five Security Groups. BleepingComputer Deals describes up to 10 one-to-one connections, with two members per connection.

- Seamless compatibility across USB-C and USB-A port devices including Windows PC, Mac, Chromebook, gaming consoles, mobile phones, and tablets
- Store up to 5TB[1] worth of photos, music, videos, games, and documents
- Help secure your important files with password protection and 256-bit AES hardware encryption
- Back up smarter with included device management software[2]
- Enjoy peace of mind with a 3-year limited warranty[3]
Those details come from the seller and deal listing. The reviewed material does not provide a detailed implementation document or an independent security audit. A product-page statement that users can inspect network traffic is not itself independent verification of the app’s security or privacy.
File encryption and BitLocker protect different things
EncryptPro is promoted for selected files and folders. Microsoft describes BitLocker as Windows volume or drive protection, covering operating-system, fixed-data, and removable-data drives on specified Windows editions. Its documentation describes AES with 128- or 256-bit key lengths. That is not a like-for-like alternative to EncryptPro’s advertised file workflow; the right choice depends on whether you want to protect particular files or an entire supported drive. See Microsoft’s Windows 11 security guide to encryption and data protection for BitLocker’s scope and edition details.

What to verify before buying
- Confirm that your Windows edition and 64-bit system meet the current listing’s requirements.
- Check the redemption deadline, active-device limit, refund terms, and current price on the offer page.
- Decide whether file-and-folder encryption matches your need, rather than assuming it replaces whole-drive protection.
- Do not base a performance expectation on the 35-second claim without comparable hardware and test conditions.
- If you need assurance beyond seller claims, look for independently documented security testing and technical details before relying on the app for sensitive data.
