The available documentation does not verify a single off-the-shelf controller that combines wireless relay outputs, an integrated LVGL display, and Home Assistant (HA). The most clearly supported route is a DIY ESPHome build: use LVGL for the device’s touchscreen interface, connect it to local relay components and HA entities, and choose relay hardware separately if needed.

What “integrated LVGL and HA” means

LVGL is an open-source embedded graphics library for building interfaces with widgets, styling, and animation on supported microcontrollers and processors. It supplies the on-device interface; it is not itself a relay controller or a Home Assistant integration. LVGL documentation

ESPHome provides a way to connect those pieces. Its LVGL cookbook demonstrates an LVGL switch operating a local light and a toggle button representing a remote Home Assistant light. That illustrates two distinct paths: a screen control can operate a device component on the ESPHome node, or it can call an action in Home Assistant.

How to build the controller with ESPHome

1. Choose display-capable ESP32 hardware

The ESPHome LVGL guide describes using ESP32 hardware with a supported display. It says any ESP32 variant may be used and recommends an ESP32-S3 with PSRAM for larger user interfaces. Display examples include ILI9341, ST7789, and ST7796; all-in-one options mentioned include CYD and WT32-SC01. Confirm that the exact board and display are supported by the configuration you intend to use.

  • Industrial 8-Channel ESP32-S3 WiFi Relay Module, based on ESP32-S3 microcontroller, built-in 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor, up to 240MHz, integrated 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE dual-mode wireless communication, supports Arduino IDE
  • Industrial 8-Ch WiFi Network Relay Module, onboard digital input, RS485, and ethernet port interfaces. Built-in multiple isolation protection circuits such as power isolation and optocoupler isolation, more safe, stable and reliable
  • Supports RS485 and Bluetooth / WIFi Remote Control, onboard 8-ch relays and 8-ch digital inputs, contact rating of the onboard relay up to 10A 250V AC / 30V DC, directly controlling 220VAC home appliances, or devices below 30V DC
  • Digital Input, supports passive (dry contact) and active (wet contact) digital input, with bi-directional optocoupler isolation
  • Built-in PoE module, providing both network connection and power supply in one cable

2. Add the LVGL interface and control behavior

Design the screen around the actions the controller needs: for example, a toggle for a relay and status indicators for relevant HA entities. ESPHome’s cookbook shows the general pattern of binding LVGL widgets to local components or representing remote HA entities. For a widget that calls a Home Assistant action, ESPHome says the action-call setting must be explicitly enabled on the device. Follow the cookbook’s configuration for the relevant action rather than assuming remote calls are enabled by default.

3. Select relay hardware separately

The ESPHome Devices catalog documents an ESP32 relay board with eight relay outputs exposed as Home Assistant switches. Its listing does not describe an LVGL display on the board, so it is evidence for a relay component—not for a single integrated display-and-relay product. A build may use separate display and relay hardware, depending on the design.

4. Decide what must work without HA or the network

Separate controls that should act locally from controls that depend on Home Assistant. The ESPHome cookbook’s local-light example shows a widget wired to a local component, while its remote-light example uses an HA entity and action. Decide which relay actions must remain available during an HA or network outage, then configure and verify those paths accordingly.

Example What its listing establishes What it does not establish
elvinhome CTRL ONE The ESPHome Devices listing describes an ESP32-C6 wireless ePaper room controller with a grid-and-widget LVGL interface that can use HA entities. Its rear add-on connector can support relay output among other add-ons. It is not documented there as an integrated general-purpose relay controller with built-in relay outputs.
HomeMaster MiniPLC The ESPHome Devices listing describes an ESP32-WROOM-32U controller with Wi-Fi, HA support via ESPHome, six SPDT relay outputs, and a 128×64 OLED with buttons. The listing does not establish LVGL support for its display.
ESP32 Relay Board x8 The catalog entry documents eight relay outputs exposed as HA switches. The entry does not describe an integrated LVGL display.

These examples cover overlapping parts of the requested feature set, but their listings do not confirm a single device with all of them. Treat an exact-model claim as unverified unless the manufacturer’s documentation explicitly confirms the display’s LVGL support, relay outputs, wireless connection, and HA integration.
