Xella says its platform can assess risk across that many conditions, but the company’s figure is not independent proof of diagnostic accuracy. The service described by Xella also involves a questionnaire, blood testing and clinician-guided care.
What the Oura–Xella integration does
Announced by Xella Health on September 23, 2026, the integration is intended to bring Oura wearable data into Xella’s broader service. The companies position Oura as a source of continuous physiological context and Xella as the testing, analysis and physician-guided-care layer. Xella’s announcement describes the collaboration; TechRadar’s October 1 report says US Oura users can share ring data if they subscribe to Xella.
The report names sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, temperature trends, recovery, activity and menstrual-cycle insights among the information that can be shared. The sources do not establish a complete eligibility list, supported-ring matrix, app-version requirement or detailed permission flow, so check Xella and Oura’s current in-app information before signing up.
What Xella’s “130+ conditions” claim means
Xella says its predictive models cover more than 130 conditions across 14 categories. Its science page describes risk profiles, clinician review, personalized action plans and longitudinal biomarker tracking. This is Xella’s account of its platform, not an independent finding that it accurately diagnoses or screens for every condition.

In its June 24, 2026 launch release, Xella described using clinical inputs and biomarkers—including genomic, protein and hormone data—to create probability risk profiles. The company named PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), Hashimoto’s, PMDD, endometriosis and perimenopause timelines as examples. These examples and the condition count should be understood as Xella’s descriptions of its service, not established diagnostic performance. The materials reviewed do not provide an independent accuracy evaluation or evidence that the Oura integration improves health outcomes.
What the service requires
Xella’s launch description says members complete an onboarding questionnaire and schedule a blood draw through partner laboratories such as Quest or Labcorp. It said in-home phlebotomy was available at additional cost. That describes the company’s stated pathway at launch; confirm current testing arrangements and fees directly with Xella before enrolling.

The ring’s role is to supply wearable trends, not to replace laboratory testing or clinical care. Oura states that the ring is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent medical conditions. See Oura’s support information.
Availability, price and data access
TechRadar reported US access for Oura users who subscribe to Xella, but the reviewed sources do not set out a comprehensive list of eligible users, compatible hardware, Xella membership terms or current pricing. The integration announcement is not enough to determine whether your ring, account or location is supported.

Consult Oura’s integrations support page for access-management guidance, and review the permissions shown when connecting an account. The available material does not provide a complete account of every data field shared or retained.

- Testing and cost: Ask what laboratory work is included, whether follow-up tests or home blood draws cost extra, and what the service currently charges.
- Meaning of results: Find out how a risk profile differs from a diagnosis, who reviews it, and what follow-up is offered.
- Data permissions: Review the information shared with Xella and how to disconnect the integration or revoke access.
These are important comparison points because the offering combines different kinds of input—wearable trends and lab biomarkers—with a care pathway. The sources reviewed do not establish independent screening accuracy, a complete compatibility matrix or current plan-by-plan pricing.
