Created by George Kay, WAR is a legal drama set around a bitter divorce case and the firms working on opposite sides. Its story turns on ambition, betrayal and tactical conflict, as well as the personal ties and divided loyalties inside the two legal teams.
Cathcarts & Sons is depicted as a long-established London institution with a storied past and deep pockets. Taylor & Byrne is the newer rival, founded by married partners whose professional history reaches back to Cathcarts.
