For the Blackweb BWA18AV007, connect USB power, run the supplied red-and-white RCA/3.5 mm audio cable from the TV’s left and right AUDIO OUT to the transmitter, then plug headphones into the universal remote. The transmitter’s steady-blue LED indicates the normal paired state; if it keeps flashing, pair the transmitter and remote using the five-second procedure below.
Check the transmitter model
These button instructions apply to the Blackweb BWA18AV007 wireless audio transmitter and its universal remote. Check the model label before starting: Blackweb sold multiple Bluetooth and audio products, and their connections or controls may differ. For another model, use its matching guide rather than assuming the same procedure.
Connect the transmitter to power and the TV
- Power the transmitter. Connect the supplied USB charger to the transmitter port labeled POWER, then plug the charger into a wall outlet. The BWA18AV007 guide says its LED should become solid blue when powered and paired by default. Blackweb BWA18AV007 User Guide v1.0
- Connect the TV’s audio output. Use the supplied RCA/3.5 mm cable: connect the red and white RCA plugs to the TV’s right and left AUDIO OUT jacks, and the 3.5 mm end to the transmitter as shown in the guide. - Connect headphones to the remote. Plug the headphones into the universal remote’s headphone socket.
- Set the TV audio output. In the TV’s sound settings, select the output that sends audio to the connected analog jacks. Make sure the TV is not muted and its output level is not too low. TV menus vary by model.
- Test the sound. Play audio and listen through the headphones. A steady-blue transmitter LED indicates the normal paired state. Blackweb BWA18AV007 User Guide v1.0
Pair the transmitter and remote if the LED keeps flashing
Continuous flashing means the transmitter and remote need pairing. Keep them no more than 18 inches apart during the procedure.
- Power the transmitter and plug the headphones into the remote.
- Find the PAIRING button on the bottom of the transmitter and the HEADPHONE MUTE button on the remote.
- Hold both buttons at the same time for five seconds.

Troubleshoot common connection problems
The transmitter LED continues flashing
Repeat the pairing procedure, holding both specified buttons for five seconds and keeping the transmitter and remote within 18 inches. Check that you are using the BWA18AV007 controls described above. Blackweb BWA18AV007 User Guide v1.2, pairing section

The headphones have no sound
- Check that the USB charger is connected to the transmitter’s POWER port and plugged into a working outlet.
- Confirm that the red and white plugs are in the TV’s AUDIO OUT jacks, not AUDIO IN.
- Check the TV’s selected sound output and make sure its audio is not muted or too low.
- Make sure the headphone plug is seated securely in the remote.

Headphone volume is weak

Choosing a replacement audio cable
The documented BWA18AV007 setup uses an RCA-to-3.5 mm stereo audio cable. Before buying a replacement, check which output connectors your TV actually has, confirm the required plug arrangement and cable length, and verify the transmitter’s connection. If the TV has only a 3.5 mm output or a different kind of audio output, do not assume the supplied RCA path applies; the guide documents the RCA/3.5 mm analog connection.

Compare the available connector type (RCA or 3.5 mm), whether the output is fixed or variable, and whether the TV can send sound to its built-in speakers and the transmitter at the same time. The BWA18AV007 guide documents the RCA/3.5 mm analog path; it does not establish how every television handles simultaneous playback or output-level controls.
