The combined Americas business operates under the Symmetry Electronics brand, led by Keith Nesrsta as vice president and general manager. This is an integration within XTG, not the launch of a new standalone consumer brand.
What happened to Symmetry Electronics and Braemac?
XTG said the integration would bring Braemac and Symmetry Electronics together to combine their product portfolios and services. In the Americas, the combined business uses the Symmetry Electronics name. The announcement described the move as a way to broaden the offering for customers and suppliers and create a platform for further global expansion; it did not report measured results.
XTG said TTI acquired Symmetry in 2017 and Braemac in 2023. The integration therefore combines two businesses already within the TTI corporate group rather than announcing a new outside acquisition. XTG’s announcement gives the integration details.
Who leads the combined Americas business?
Keith Nesrsta became vice president and general manager of the Symmetry-Braemac Americas entity. He reports to Jonathan Mitchell, who remains president of Braemac. The announcement does not describe a change to leadership outside the Americas.

Does the integration change where engineers can source components?
The public announcement establishes the customer-facing brand for the combined Americas operation as Symmetry Electronics, but it does not specify changes to ordering systems, account contacts, product availability, fulfillment locations, or purchasing procedures. Engineers and procurement teams should confirm current ordering details directly with their Symmetry or Braemac contact.

For context, XTG’s corporate overview places the group in the TTI Family of Specialists alongside TTI IP&E, Mouser Electronics and Sager Electronics. TTI, Inc. is identified in the company materials as a Berkshire Hathaway company.

The integration announcement describes strategic intent and capabilities, not quantified outcomes. It provides no purchase price, revenue-synergy target, employee count, market-share estimate or other integration KPI. It supports a qualitative account of the combined portfolio and leadership, but not a numerical before-and-after comparison.
