Microsoft later reported an expansion of the collaboration in 2019. These are historical announcements; they do not establish whether MigrationWiz is currently available through 21Vianet or whether a BitTitan reseller or affiliate program is open today.
What BitTitan and 21Vianet announced in 2015
BitTitan described the deal as a reseller partnership with 21Vianet Group, Inc. Under the arrangement, 21Vianet would offer MigrationWiz as part of its cloud computing services, giving resellers a tool for moving customer mailboxes and data to Office 365. BitTitan characterized MigrationWiz as cloud-based migration software intended to reduce the complexity of those moves for its reseller channel. BitTitan’s April 29, 2015 announcement

What changed in the 2019 expansion
Microsoft reported on May 21, 2019, that BitTitan had broadened its partnership with Shanghai Blue Cloud Technologies, which Microsoft called 21Vianet Blue Cloud. The MigrationWiz User Migration Bundle was made available in the Chinese cloud-services market through that collaboration. Why 21Vianet’s role matters
The partnership was tied to Microsoft cloud services operated locally for the China market; it should not be read as simply a different reseller for the same global cloud service. Microsoft said Azure operated by 21Vianet became generally available in China in March 2014. In 2022, Microsoft described the China Azure regions as physically separate from its global cloud: “Azure regions operated by 21Vianet in China are physically separated instances from Microsoft’s global cloud”. These are launch dates, not a current inventory of features, availability, or service parity. Microsoft’s 2014 announcement also reported more than 3,000 customers for Azure operated by 21Vianet at the time; that historical count should not be treated as a present-day figure.
