The official Netrunner download page currently describes Netrunner 26, not Idolon; an official maintained download or matching checksum for the 18.03 ISO could not be confirmed. Treat Idolon as a historical release, not as the current Netrunner download.
What Netrunner 18.03 “Idolon” was
The Netrunner Team announced Idolon as a 64-bit ISO on March 11, 2018. It used packages from a Debian Testing snapshot, with additional upstream packages intended to improve compatibility when enabling the continuously updated testing repository. The official release schedule records 18.03 as “Idolon,” based on Debian Testing, with the same release date. Netrunner 18.03 release announcement · Netrunner release schedule

Can you still download the 18.03 ISO?
The official Netrunner download page reviewed here is for Netrunner 26, based on Debian Stable 13 (Trixie). It does not establish that the older Idolon ISO is still available. The release schedule confirms that later releases followed, including Netrunner 19.08 on Debian Stable, but does not provide a verified 18.03 download or checksum. Official Netrunner download page
Because availability and integrity details for Idolon were not confirmed, there is no verified direct download link or checksum to recommend here. Do not assume a link for Netrunner 26 is the Idolon image, or that an unofficial copy matches the original ISO. If you locate an archived copy elsewhere, verify that its provenance and checksum are established before using it.

Installation context and period-specific notes
Netrunner’s general installation guide describes creating bootable USB media with a USB stick of at least 4 GB; it also discusses DVD media. This is general guidance, not confirmation of current compatibility or a verified hardware requirement for the 18.03 image. The guide’s minimum hardware figures are based on a tested Samsung N110 netbook, so they should be treated as historical rather than as modern system recommendations. Netrunner installation guide
The 18.03 readme includes troubleshooting advice from its release period: installing pepperflashplugin-nonfree and browser-plugin-freshplayer-pepperflash for Flash problems, installing xserver-xorg-input-synaptics for touchpad issues, and running inxi -F to list hardware details. Flash-related advice is obsolete and should not be followed as a current recommendation. Netrunner installation guide and 18.03 readme
