The control belongs to Edge’s Screenshot (also called Web capture) feature—not to a Bing button. Menu names and availability can vary by device, market and Edge version.
What “a full webpage in Bing” means
Bing is the search service or site you are viewing. The full-page command is supplied by the Edge browser. It captures the webpage’s scrollable content, including sections below the visible screen, rather than only the pixels currently displayed.
This is different from a full-screen snip. A full-screen capture records your monitor or device display at one moment; it does not automatically include the rest of a long Bing page.
How to capture the whole Bing page in Edge
- Open the page. In Microsoft Edge, navigate to the Bing page you want to preserve. This can be a search-results page, an image-results page or another Bing URL.
- Open Screenshot. Press Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows. You can also right-click the page and choose Screenshot, or open Edge’s Settings menu and select Screenshot. Microsoft documentation may still label the command Web capture.
- Select the full-page mode. In the Screenshot controls, choose Capture full page. Do not choose the area-selection mode if you need content below the fold.
- Review the result. Edge displays the long capture so you can check that the page sections you need are present. Use the available markup tools if you need to annotate it.
- Copy or save it. Choose the copy action to place the image on the clipboard, or save it to a file for sharing and archiving.
If the shortcut does nothing
Try the right-click menu and the Edge Settings menu. If Screenshot is absent from all three locations, update Edge and check the commands available on your device. Microsoft cautions that Screenshot features can differ by device type, market and browser version, so an identical control is not guaranteed everywhere.

Capture only part of a Bing page
When you need one result, image, table or paragraph rather than the entire document, open Screenshot and drag around the required area. Edge can copy that selection, mark it up and save it. Area capture is useful when a full-page image would contain unrelated results or expose information you do not want to share.
Full webpage, full screen or printable copy?

Use Print when selectable text, pagination or a printer-friendly document matters more than preserving the page’s visual appearance. Use full-page Screenshot when you need the rendered webpage as an image.
Getting a reliable full-page capture
Let the page finish loading
Wait for the Bing page to display the results and any images you expect before opening Screenshot. Capturing too early can produce an incomplete result because the browser has not finished rendering the page.
Check the page length
After Edge generates the capture, inspect the beginning, middle and end. A long search page can contain more content than is obvious from the first screen, and a review catches a missing section before you share the file.

Choose the right output
Copy is convenient for pasting into an email or document. Save is better for an archive, a bug report or a file you will send later. If you need a small excerpt, use area capture instead of resizing a very long image after the fact.
Troubleshooting Edge full-page screenshots
“Capture full page” is not listed
Cause: the Screenshot interface or capability is not exposed in your current Edge build, device or market.
Fix: check both entry points—right-click Screenshot and the Settings menu—then verify Edge is up to date. If the command remains unavailable, use an area snip for a limited region or print the page when a document output is acceptable.
The result contains only the visible screen
Cause: a standard screen capture or Snipping Tool’s Full screen mode was used instead of Edge’s full-page command.

Fix: reopen Screenshot and explicitly select Capture full page. The full-page choice is the part that tells Edge to include content below the fold.
The bottom of the page is missing
Cause: the page was still loading, or the capture was not reviewed after generation.
Fix: return to the Bing tab, wait until the content you need is visible, run Capture full page again and inspect the lower portion before saving.
The keyboard shortcut is different on my computer
Cause: the documented shortcut is for the Windows Edge command. Keyboard layouts, operating systems and browser versions can expose different commands.

Fix: use the right-click or Settings-menu route rather than relying on the shortcut. Menu availability is also subject to Microsoft’s device, market and version caveat.
I need a searchable or printer-friendly file
Cause: a screenshot is an image, so its text is not automatically selectable.
Fix: use Edge Print with Ctrl+P on Windows or Command+P on Mac. Select the appropriate pages or content in the print dialog and save or print the resulting document.
