Apple’s September 9, 2026 announcements introduced new band colors and designs for Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and Hermès models. Series 12 gets fresh Sport Band and Sport Loop colors, new Nike options, updated metal finishes, and a revised Modern Buckle. Ultra 4 gets new Trail Loop and Alpine Loop colors plus translucent Ocean Bands. The Hermès lineup adds distinct styles for both collections.
New Apple Watch Series 12 bands
Apple’s Series 12 updates cover sport, Nike, metal, woven, and Hermès bands. The colors and material descriptions below are those Apple announced; they are not independent assessments of fit or performance.
Sport Band and Sport Loop
- Sport Band: olive, burgundy, wildflower blue, and pale succulent.
- Sport Loop: chambray blue and magenta, plus burgundy plaid and light umber plaid. Apple says the plaid design uses inkjet-printing technology.
Nike bands
Nike Sport Bands and Nike Sport Loops add five colors: essential white, chalk calm, pavement grey, after dark black, and green spark.
Milanese Loop and Modern Buckle
- Milanese Loop: radiant gold and dark bronze.
- Modern Buckle: a woven material with subtle texture and small integrated color flecks. Apple also introduced gold hardware alongside natural hardware.
Hermès for Series 12
- Noir satin Clou de Selle: a satin band with a matching gold-finish clasp and saddle stud.
- Rocabar Club: contrasting colors and an elongated H knitted in a three-dimensional pattern.

New Apple Watch Ultra 4 bands
Apple announced three colors apiece for the Trail Loop and Alpine Loop, as well as a translucent-silicone Ocean Band in three colors.

Check case size before buying
A band’s collection and case-size compatibility matter as much as its color. Apple’s U.S. band catalog separates standard Apple Watch, Ultra, and Hermès collections and offers filters for 40mm, 42mm, 46mm, and 49mm cases. Check your watch’s case size and confirm compatibility on the exact product page before ordering; do not assume a band fits every Apple Watch.

The catalog is live, so its listings and prices can change. Apple said the new bands could be ordered from apple.com/store and the Apple Store app on September 9, 2026, with store availability beginning September 18, 2026. Apple’s announcements also listed starting prices of $399 for Series 12 and $799 for Ultra 4 in the U.S.; those are watch prices, not band prices.
