How do I change my Apple One subscription on an iPhone or iPad?
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Apple One.
- Tap See All Plans.
- Choose the plan you want and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change.

How do I switch plans on the web, Mac, or Windows?
On the web
- Go to account.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for Apple One.
- Select Apple One, then choose See All Plans.
- Follow the prompts. If web management is unavailable, Apple may offer Continue on Device.
On a Mac
Use the App Store’s account and subscription controls, select Apple One, then choose See All Plans and follow the prompts.
On Windows
- Open Apple Music or the Apple TV app and choose View My Account.
- Open subscription management and select Edit beside Apple One.
- Choose another plan and follow the prompts.

What should I check before downgrading?
Compare what you will keep with what you need. Apple One’s Individual, Family, and Premier tiers differ in included services and iCloud+ storage; some Premier services depend on regional availability. Apple’s Apple One plan overview lists the offerings and regional qualifications.
- Services: Check whether the lower tier still includes the Apple services you use.
- iCloud+ capacity: Compare the lower tier’s storage with your current use and any separate iCloud+ plan.
- Family sharing: Family and Premier plans can be shared with up to five other family members. With Individual, Apple Music is not shareable through the family plan, although Apple says Apple TV, iCloud+, and Apple Arcade can be shared.
- Regional availability: Confirm that the services you rely on are included where you live.
What happens if I already pay separately for iCloud+?
If your separate iCloud+ plan provides more storage than the amount included with Apple One, Apple says the separate plan remains separately billed and the storage is combined. Review Apple’s Apple One and iCloud+ details before choosing a lower storage tier.

Where can I check the price and when the change takes effect?
Review the plan details and confirmation screen shown in your Apple Account. Apple’s instructions direct you to that account-specific flow; they do not establish one universal price or effective date for every region and plan change.
How do I switch from Apple One Family to Individual?
Use Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Apple One > See All Plans, select Individual, and follow the prompts. Before confirming, check whether people in your family rely on shared Apple Music: Apple says Apple Music is not shareable through the Individual plan’s family sharing, while Apple TV, iCloud+, and Apple Arcade can be shared.

What if Apple One does not appear in Subscriptions?
First check which Apple Account was used to subscribe. Find the Apple receipt and confirm the account associated with it. If you cannot find an Apple receipt, inspect your card or bank statement to identify the company billing you. If another provider bills the subscription, contact that provider for cancellation help. Apple explains these steps in its subscription cancellation guidance.

Changing tiers and ending the bundle are different actions. To cancel, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Apple One > Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button or the page says the subscription is expired, Apple says it is already canceled. If the subscription is missing, check the Apple Account on the receipt or contact the company billing you. See Apple’s instructions for canceling a subscription.
