Enter your exact delivery address and pin in the Deliveroo app, then choose a Coco robot delivery only if it appears for your order at checkout. Deliveroo’s Canary Wharf rollout was announced for October 2026, starting with selected merchants in Wood Wharf; the announcement does not guarantee service at every address or for every order.
Check whether Coco robot delivery is available for your address
Deliveroo and Coco announced their UK partnership on 5 October 2026, with a Canary Wharf rollout planned during October. Deliveroo did not specify a launch day, so the announcement alone cannot confirm that the option is live for a particular order. Read Deliveroo’s launch announcement.
- Enter your precise address and pin. Use the Deliveroo app’s address entry rather than relying on a general Canary Wharf restaurant browse page. A listing visible for the area does not prove robot service reaches your specific address. The Canary Wharf browse page is for browsing restaurants, not confirming robot eligibility.
- Browse restaurants and menus. The initial Canary Wharf merchants named by Deliveroo are Patty & Bun, bakery Signorelli, and Beam in Wood Wharf. Look for them, but check the particular items as well: Deliveroo says the robot option applies only to selected partners and selected menu items.
- Check the delivery method at checkout. Continue with your order and select robot delivery only if Deliveroo offers it in the app for that order. Its terms limit robot delivery to selected locations and partners and make it subject to availability, weather, and road conditions. See Deliveroo UK’s terms, section 16, “Robot Delivery.”
- Use the app’s confirmed drop-off point. If robot delivery is offered, Deliveroo will confirm where to meet it. That point is a safe, accessible location outside the delivery address and may differ from the address you entered. Go to that point to collect your food, follow the robot’s instructions, and close its lid.
Where to collect your Coco order
Do not expect the robot to bring the food to your door. Deliveroo’s terms state: “Robot Delivery is not delivery to your door.” The app’s specified drop-off point is where you need to meet the robot and retrieve the order. Do not tamper with or move it.
What to do if robot delivery is unavailable
If you cannot collect from the designated point, contact Deliveroo through the app. The terms say you can instead order from the partner’s usual menu for rider delivery. If robot delivery becomes unavailable after ordering, Deliveroo may offer rider delivery or cancel and refund the order, depending on whether it has been confirmed.
